Any of those red by Dolce n Gabanna or YSL lipsticks. All those reds with blue undertones. They should rename that Dragon lacquer “Temptalia” and emblem it after you…you made it an icon lipstick in my opinion. If they can have a “Birkin” bag, they need to have a “Christine” lipstick.

Gigolo is a magnificent, spectacular colour! One of my 2 HG lipsticks — NARS Scarlet Empress — is an exact dupe and I wear it whenever I want to feel ultra sexy.

Lady Bug by Mac, I have a medium complexion and although this red is not as opaque as other reds, it definitely brightens up my face whenever I wear it. Sadly, it doesn’t have much staying power. Still love it though 🙂
So far, I’ve only found 2 reds that I like on me, MAC Fire Sign and MAC Baby’s on Fire…I’m very pale and cool toned.
I’m fair, with neutral undertones – gotta love being able to pull off cool and warm colours! Mine is MAC Throw Me A Line Pro Longwear Lip Pencil (from Hey, Sailor!) teamed with MAC Ladybug. Sometimes I wear MAC Glimmerglass in Blackware over the top, which turns it a deep vampy red – Blackware is an amaaaaaazing layering gloss.
NARS velvet lip pencil (matte) in Cruella! My absolute favorite. I have pale skin with cool undertone.

I love “MAC Red” lipstick. It’s vibrant, bold, and a cool red. I’m an NC35, warm undertone. Everyone says I should wear a warm tone red, but I don’t care =)
I think MAC Red is really pretty and an under-appreciated red. It’s as pretty as Russian Red which gets all the attention, if not more so.

It’s a toss up between Kat Von D’s Adora or Make Up Forever Rouge Artist Intense 21. I’m a huge fan of the metallic but matte finish. I’m light with neutral-warm undertones.
L’oreal color Riche in flaming fuscia. It’s like a bright red with sparkle and a tiny hint of pink in it. Medium skin tone, yellow undertones, I’m nc30.

MAC Ruby Woo and I am the lightest of the lightest skin tones, with cool undertones.
I love Guerlain Rouge G lipstick in “Garconne” – the perfect red and so pretty on!
Estee Lauder ” Spanish Red” I’m medium with warm undertones. This is the creamiest lipstick, v opaque and long lasting.
YSL opium red. I am a bit on the lighter side, neutral to slightly warmish undertone.
MAC Dubonnet, Clarins Rouge Prodige in Redwood or Guerlain Habit Rouge.
Guerlain Rouge G in Greta is definitely my power red! I am not to be messed with when I put that stuff on my lips!
I’m a dirty blonde, blue eyes, and NW25, fairly neutral undertones.
Guerlain Garconne Rouge G lipstick. The perfect red lipstick for me and the best lipstick formula imo.
Not really a power red, but my favorite red is MAC Barcelona Red. For really formal event MAC Ramblas Red is my personal pick.

I’m always surprised that i rarely see Lipstick Queen mentioned. My favourite is Rouge Sinner. Stays on forever. A little lip balm before application and it’s perfection.
I *love* Lipstick Queen and think it’s a massively under-appreciated line. It makes me pretty sad, actually.

I’ve yet to find that one red that stands above all others yet, but the favorite of my current collection is the blue-based Ruby Red I own from the Sephora brand. It’s the red I own that feels the most bold and feminine and sensual. Too bad It’s discontinued now. 🙁 I think the closest in the new line is Rouge Cream #04 – The Red.

Dolce and Gabbana – Italian Monica from their Monica Bellucci collection. The most gorgeous red. It rivals and maybe even surpasses MUFE’s Moulin Rouge for me. Incredible texture, completely opaque, lasts for hours and makes your teeth whiter. Perfection.
Smashbox Be Legendary lipstick in Legendary. I am med to light skin tone, warm undertones.

Hm… Either Kat Von D Adora or Wet N’ Wild Cherry Bomb. I’m medium dark, warm undertone.
Light-medium (NC25-30) warm yellow/pink skin, about the only red that truly works on me is Chanel’s Lune Rousse.
MAC Relay Race lip gloss. Really wish they’d repromote this, it strikes just the right balance between vampy and classic.
NARS Vesuvio Pure Matte lipstick. It’s a true red and one of my 2 HG lipsticks. If they ever discontinued it, I’d sit down and weep. Actually *weep.* My colouring: light to medium Olive, so either cool, warm or neutral undertones depending on your definition of olive. (I see so many conflicting things!)
NC15 in the summer/NC5 in the winter. I always wear red/fuchsia/orange lipsticks, partially because I love my lips but also because I get lazy about putting on makeup in the morning. With a bright lip I just add mascara and BB cream and run out the door. The red shades I wear most often are Russian Red, Scarlet Ibis, Lady Danger, and Viva Glam I.
Beauté Weightless Lip Crème in the shade Masochist – the most beautiful red I’ve ever seen and wore! Suits both cool tones and warm tones in my opinion. I’m medium dark with warm undertones.
I love Beaute, but I have yet to try the lip creme’s.. I’m a huge fan of the voluminous gloss & stains
For stunning “Geisha” lips — Sephora lip stain in “Always Red”
For true “Retro” lips — Revlon’s “Love that Red”
For sexy “Bombshell” lips — Mac “Red” or MUFE “Moulin Rouge”

Mac Brick liner with Mac Russian Red lipstick. I then take Mufe#46 Satin lipstick and use it to contour my lip a little and then take Mufe 10C liner to trace around the contoured areas– this is if I feel creative
99% of the time I layer Mufe 46 over Mac Russian Red. It gives a depend vampy look

I’m fair-light, although not translucent, with completely neutral under/over-tones, and dark hair & eyes, so I find pretty much *any* red to be a good match.
My *favorite* red, ever, is L’Oreal Matte Maraschino, which has been long discontinued, but I found a brand new one in my stash recently, so I’m very happy. It’s almost an exact dupe for NARS Pure Matte in Mascate. Another red I find myself reaching for quite a bit is Maybelline Red Revival.
I’m very fair with neutral undertones and freckles, with red hair and blue eyes. My favorite reds are both Revlon – the Lip Butter in Candy Apple (a warm, coral red) or the Matte Lipstick in Really Red for a more formal/retro look.
Oh man, I have so many! I’m a red lipstick addict! I really love Tarte’s lip surgeon in Fiery! I also LOVE Dragon! I bought two 😀 Haha.

I’m very fair with cool undertones–less cool than I thought, but still definitely on the pink side of things. My absolute favorite red is Guerlain Garconne; it just makes me *feel* glamorous and beautiful. Second to that would be Shiseido’s Lacquer Rouge in RD607 Nocturne, which is a darker red and makes me look almost porcelain. I love them both to pieces, and both formulas are top- notch.

I am fair with pink undertones. I don’t actually own a red lipstick unless one counts two testers. I find it impossible to wear red. Unfortunately it seems like my whole complexion changes whenever I try a red lipstick and it is not a flattering change. Thankfully deep purple lipsticks work though in case I want a dramatic look.
NW40 here. My go-to red is Cle de Peau R1.

I just bought it! It’s Eden Rouge from MAC’s new collection. I’m medium tan in color, warm in undertone.
Revlon Really Red is gorgeous, perfect for when I want a bright but not garish true red.
NARS Jungle Red is a summery coral-ish red.
I like to add a touch of NARS 413 Bleecker gloss on them, it really makes them come alive.
I am very pale, with neutral undertones. MUFE HD 117.
I am neutral-toned, around the skin color of Halle Berry or Frieda Pinto.
My power reds:
For summer: Milani Hot Flash Gloss Pencil
For spring: Covergirl Lip Perfection in Enthrall or Burn (for the corally tones)
For autumn: Shiseido RD514
For winter: Bobbi Brown Old Hollywood.
But I wear them all year-round! Still dreaming of a tube of Ellis Faas Milky Lips in L201, hopefully I can find one by the time I can afford to buy yet another red lipstick!

I have dark hair, NC25. I love NARS Moscow – maybe not a “power” red it’s more of an orange-red but I love that it is matte and the color doesn’t give me kidney failure when I catch my reflection.
Estee Lauder’s Pure Color Lipstick in Fig which is gorgeous brown-red color which EL just discontinued after over 20 years of having it in their permanent collection – and I am completely bummed!
My second favorite is Estee Lauder’s Pure Color Lipstick in Cranberry which is soft red (i.e. red-pink color).

Nars Fire Down Below, NYX Eros (I love this!), MAC Charmed I’m Sure, MAC VGI, Revlon Ravish Me Red, and Revlon Really Red. I could go on as I love all of my reds, but I will stop here….for now. 😉
NARS Mascate!! Not too bright, dark, cool or warm. Suits my tan Indian skin perfectly and I feel incredible wearing it! Highly recommend to everyone, regardless of skin tone.
