We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Formula X in Synapse! It’s a nude nail color that fits my skin tone perfectly. The matte finish wasn’t something I cared about whenever I bought it, but it has grown on me and I’m kinda obsessed with it now. I got Deborah Lippmann in 99 Luftballons yesterday at Sephora as a 100pt gift and I’m thinking about applying it on top of Synapse. It will be like a party on my fingertips!

Nothing except hand cream. We have a baby, and I wash my hands like 50x a day, so have given up on painting my nails, BUT that means more money to spend on makeup and skincare, hahahaha

Butter London Yummy Mummy. I needed a color that wouldn’t look wrecked after working the Black Thursday/Friday weekend and it’s one of my favorite nude colors.

Sally Hansen complete salon manicure in “Rasin the Bar”. It is my favorite polish in the world: one coat to be opaque and has a gorgeous metallic rose finish:). Too bad they discontinued it.

Illamasqua Nail Varnish in Mélange. I love how it looks against my creamed reddish caramel complexion! 🙂 And considering how much it cost to get it, it better! 😛

I am so slack, I’m still wearing the nails I did for Halloween: a solid black (Zoya I think) layered with KB Shimmer’s Showgirl (black and fuchsia glitter jelly). I got a ton of compliments and they still look good a month later (I do have acrylics so they don’t chip).

on ONE finger, lol, Essie Back in the Limo. I got it for $2.39 at Target and just tried it out last night.

I cut off all my nails last night too, so next up for me is Sally Girl XOXO. I figured it wouldn’t look that good on long almond nails which were breaking anyway.

Really? My nails have been doing much better. I use Nail Envy and the Dior apricot cuticle creme and they have worked wonders. They have a formula for brittle nails too that I want to try. Have you tried their other formulas?

Yeah for real! Initially my nails seem stronger after using Nail Envy, but I find if I stop using it or over-use it, my nails seem much weaker than usual and break very easily. I use it sporadically, but it’s actually on my nails now. I think it’s been a few months since I’ve used it last. I haven’t tried other formulas, the one for brittle nails may better suit me! Thanks 🙂

Orly’s Rage….the trustiest and most forgiving polish known to humankind when having to paint nails on the move.. literarily, as I painted them on a bus on friday… but now I am back from my w/end away and ready to confront the first week of DECEMBER.. I am thinking either GREEN (Illamasqua’s ” Muse”) or GREY ( Nars’ Galathee or Essie’s Parka Perfect)

OMG. i think i did my nails so i wouldnt have to write “chipped Essie Limoscene. So now, two hours later, i can say Essie Scarlett O’hara with a ring finger accent nail using Essie Set in Stone. Thanks Christine for getting my lazy butt to do them! I never did an accent nail, i kinda love it!

I have put 5 shades of glittery Browns &
Golds .. Kinda ombré ! I love it .. Looks interesting and plus allows me to test run more than 1 shade /polish brand at a time win.. Win situation lol

It’s a rose gold foil. So impressed with the formula ! Applies like a dream, opaque with 1 coat, 2 for good measures, dry fast, I need more of this !

Julep Oxygen Nail Treatment. Looks like clear polish but is supposed to be beneficial for nails. Like it so far. Glossy and protective. Nice for a break between manis.

I love this question, it always makes me happy to hear what everyone else is wearing! Today, I have Julep’s “Martina” on my nails, it is a deep cherry red with red glitter. On my toes it is Essie’s “Forever Yummy”, one of my all time favorite deep reds. I usually change colors about every 4 or 5 days, I can barely wait that long before I start thinking about the next color I want.

On my nails, I have on one coat of Orly Bonder Basecoat, two coats of Dior Le Vernis in 970-Nuit 1947, and one coat of Orly Sec’N Dry Quick Dry Topcoat. A lovely Black red polish I love to wear all the time.

Bear Pawlish Peek a Boo! Incredible, I went back and bought another bottle! It’s MEGA hot pink holo, hot enough to burn your eyes out! And the fact that I’m rather tough on my nails, and I’ve had this on for a week with not chips or tip wear. This brand is awesome.
