We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Typology skincare. I actually bought an advent calendar to try several products.
I have tried Nécessaire body lotion and body cream and it’s my favourite body products.
Hourglass Volumizing Balm and the Translucent setting powder and brush duo. Like them all.
Nothing. I do buy things from influencer’s I trust on YouTube. Most recently I purchased the Ciate Vit C primer but I haven’t received it yet.
Elf Hydro Grip Primer! A nurse at the hospital infusion center recommended it. She said that even when she has had to pull a double shift, running around like a maniac treating an overload of patients, her foundation as well as all her other face products never moved an inch! Not only that, but no “pooling” in pores or expression lines either. I was so impressed that I did buy it a month ago, and she wasn’t kidding!
I can’t think of a single thing….
Smacks self in head….the entire reason I bought Charlotte Tilbury’s The Rebel Quad was because of Genevieve’s high praise/recommendation. It helped that Sephora near me got it in-store so I could swatch it for myself but it was her recommendation that put it on my radar.
I have purchased some of The Ordinary’s products on recommendation from Nancy here and almost all of my eyeshadow palettes, lipsticks etc on recommendations and reviews from you Christine.
Satin Taupe from Seraphine
Elizabeth Arden’s lip fix from Mariella
I hope MAC hasn’t messed with/doesn’t mess with the single of Satin Taupe. It was in a palette recently that Christine reviewed and it was DREADFUL and the reaction here, from those of us who have the original, single version was shock and outrage because it was really bad. Satin Taupe was one of my first MAC e/s purchases and I still love it. MAC has messed up so many of their really good products (and discontinued many others) and it’s almost scary to think that if I finish my pan of Satin Taupe, I’ll be stuck…. As for Lip Fix – isn’t it great?
M.Micallef Note Vanillee.
I bought the Necessaire body cream a couple years ago on an influencer recommendation and I was not disappointed!
Olaplex Shampoo 4 & Conditioner 5! How did I miss the hype on these? They work so well!
Vampyre Cosmetics eye shadow palettes. They have beautiful color stories, cool packaging, and a nice formula.
Tom Ford’s Rose Irise highlighter that was released this holiday. I was nervous it would be too dark and/or warm but bought it after seeing Lexi Jong’s review/recommendation and it’s beautiful on my vampire pale skintone.
