What was the last lip product that caught your eye? Did you resist or give in?

Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks (a reformulation) because the original Vice range was a favorite, so indeed, I did give in!

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Smashbox Bloodsport from the Suicide Squad release. I didn’t resist the temptation once Ulta offered 10x points on it (that’s like $8 off a purchase in points so..yeah, I thought it was ok to buy “full price”) and it turns out I really like the formula. Despite the feeling that I had a dupe in my collection, turns out I don’t – bonus!

That’s easy, I haven’t been drawn to much in the past year.
Pat McGrath Lip Fetsh Astral Balm. I was coveting the Gold Astral or Nude Astral for a long time but at first I didn’t want to pay the price and simultaneously I bought three of her lipsticks last fall on her site sale and don’t like them at all–highly disappointing.
I was also interested in Rare Beauty’s Lip Souffles, but when I saw from Temptalia I have dupes for the shades I was interested in, I didn’t buy.

That is too funny! My dachshunds get into my purse and literally eat my lipsticks too! They also try to lick it off of my lips too. Their favorite is Clinique’s Black Honey. They have bitten holes in the metal tops. I think they love my lipsticks more than me.

Good thing the toothbrushes are out of reach. I had a malamute who came in the room all proud-like, wearing my mother’s bridge wedged in her own teeth. A smile from Inferno.

I haven’t bought a lipstick for awhile now, unusual for me. The last one I purchased was my favourite Maybelline Spice for Me, usually unavailable in Aus, but was being sold by an online retailer here at half price and I bought two of them. So, resistance was futile in this case.
I do like some of the new Vice lipsticks too – thankfully the brand didn’t mess with the formula too much and they were all good.

I can honestly say I love lipsticks. I add new ones to my WL almost every week, sometimes every day. The last ones added are Rough Paradoxe from YSL, I resist as I don’t like the shape and find it hard to use, UD Gridlock, I will almost certainly give in and buy it at a later date. There are eleven lipsticks on the latest side of my WL. What can I say, I am a lipstick addict!

Last lip product was the lawless forget the filler gloss when they released 2 new shades in spring. I ended up purchasing velvet, and decided not to wait since I’m more likely to wear a gloss during the warmer months the most. Latest lip release I’m interested in is the super nudes from CT because i love the matte revolution. I have cat walking on my wish list so will probably purchase during the next sale unless a good promo comes up first.
I use to love the UD lipsticks but they have reformulated so many times i lost interest.
