ColourPop blushes and highlighters!
YSL Pop Water Glossy Stain! I don’t really like the original version of the Glossy Stains so it was a nice surprise.
Chanel New Moon- it was LE, but is back. I waffled a bit, but after swatching it in store, I grabbed it. It’s sparkles galore!!! I love to pop it on top of other shadows, makes my eyes sparkle. And it lasts all day and night, with no fallout on my oily lids. Love!
I grabbed it too and wore it over Chanel’s Rafinement and it was gorgeous!
Viseart. They’re on their way so I can’t say they’re worth it yet.
For the loved part I will say colourpop. I reach for them the most. I went berserk trying to get a good look with my naked palettes but with colourpop I’m so tension free. I can get a great look with just one or two eyeshadows.
MUFE HD foundation – LOVE it, now they changed the formula 🙁
Any good dupe suggestions?
I was very impressed with Cargo Blu-Ray HD powder foundation. It has so much pigment crammed in there. Their “magic brush” is marketed with it and together, you are just shy of being photoshopped!
The ColourPop cheek products: the blushes, bronzer and highlighters! All are excellent quality. I only wish that Rain had been as pigmented as UD Bittersweet, though.
Also really loving my lone UD Afterglow Blush in Rapture, and too, my Clinique Cola Pop a great deal! This spring and summer seem to have spurred me into a cheek product binge of sorts!
Yes UD Rapture is fantastic also. With the Sheer Tevolution lipstick in Rapture. A great combo
Easy. theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer. Got it as soon as theBalm became available here.
Hyped product and loved: The balm Mary lou manizer
Hourglass ambient lighting powder! I hit the pan recently and I’m really bummed because I bought it as a “treat yo self” kind of thing but now I rely on it
Clinique Cheek Pops, Burberry Glow eyeshadows
KVD liquid lipsticks. The hype is real!
Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette. This stuff is amazing!
Too Faced Melted Metal Liquid Lipstick…..boy is that a mouthful. I got the shade Jelly and I love it!
Dior Diorskin Airflash Foundation! Man, so many were going nuts for it and I rarely ever like a foundation as much as MUFE HD to put in my routine. This one was definitely worth all the hype, I now go between Airflash or HD! The color suits me more than the tones HD has. Love it!
Kat von D liquid lipstick
UD Naked 3.
Hourglass powders and Veil Mineral Primer, worth every single penny. I also like the original Naked palette even though it’s unwieldy for travel, which I still do a lot of for work.
The last product that was hyped up that I bought and loved was the YSL Volupte Tint-in-Oil.
This. Feels fantastic on the lips, the color payoff is surprisingly good, and I even like the smell. I bought one then went out and bought 2 more right away, I liked them tha much.
Agreed!
Colour Pop…hands down!
ELF Mad for Matte eyeshadow palette and ELF contour palette
Colourpop Lippie Stix and highlighters! Haven’t bought eyeshadows yet, but that’s definitely on my list!
I caved in and bought quite a few (well nine) of the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. I know I am late 🙂 My favorites thus far are Lolita, Mother and Double Dare. Coming in at a close 2nd are the ColorPop Ultra Mattes.
ColourPop eyeshadows and highlighters, Makeup Geek eyeshadows, NARS Audacious lipsticks (well, I only have one but there’s a ton more I want!).
Becca pressed highlighter in rose gold
The Naked Smoky! It was actually gifted to me (I had no interest in it and had decided not to buy it), but so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised to really like it 🙂
I really like my Naked Smoky more than I had imagined I would, too!
I didn’t see/hear too much hype on this one, but of the 4, it is the one that excited me the most! It’s what I was hoping Naked 2 would be… I haven’t played with it much, as I’ve been trying to rotate through some older, long-forgotten products, but I plan to get a ton of use from it!
Hmm…probably the Armani eye tints!
Yes!
Mary-Lou Manizer by the Balm. I see a number of you are with me on that. 🙂 It’s truly a perfect highlighter.
ColourPop eyeshadows for sure! I just ordered 6 more and a lippie stick yesterday. I must have at least 30 of them now, but they’re really phenomenal. I’m also loving my Morphe 35T Taupe palette. Some of the eyeshadows have a foiled look and are just gorgeous.
I am super susceptible to blog and YouTube reviews. If I see something gorgeous reviewed well I’m pretty much guaranteed to get it. My next purchase is going to be the Too Faced Vegas Nay palette
YSL Touche Eclat. Incredible foundation, seriously does wonders. I feel so fantastic whenever I wear it!
MAC Pro Longwear concealer! Why did it take me so long to try?! It’s the only thing that covers my undereye circles.
I feel like ColourPop shadows almost go without saying. But before that, the only thing I can think of is the Urban Decay Smoked palette. Even then, I waited until it had discount on top of discount at Sephora before breaking down and buying it (for something like $14), so it wasn’t new and hyped anymore.
What can I say? I’ve been gun-shy over hype for a some years now, ever since discovering Nars Orgasm and Laguna both look bloody awful on me LOL!
Colourpop-eyeshadows, highlighters and lippies, Mary Lou minizer, UD naked 1 and 3
dior hydra life bb cream in the shade 02! a real winner!
surratt’s Artistique blushes…the texture of these is just otherworldly and like nothing I own. I’d like to see a few more shades added to their range, but I can’t fault these blushes in any way. And, I found out about them here. Thank you, Christine!
Luna Oil!
I bought the new very hyped Maybelline New York Dream Wonder foundation. The foundation is in a small bottle but the colour matches really well. It has SPF 20, which is really good in Australia.
Chocolate Bar Palette – held out for a loooong time because I thought it was yet another neutral palette. Turns out it’s my favorite!
The recent Nars rose-gold trio, with the full size liquid illuminator, mini multiple, and mini lipgloss.
colourpop, I bought 6 eyeshadows, a highlighter & 3 lippie stix
I bought Champagne Pop and I love it.
Charlotte Tilbury airbrush finishing pressed powder. Makes my skin look smooth without looking flat matte. Doesn’t cake and reapplies easily because it’s so finely milled. I finally found my HG powder to replace my old discontinued fave, the Armani pressed powder.
Some ColourPop eyeshadows I was really unsure because I think it’s the first ever time I’ve bought makeup sight-unseen, but I’m so glad as they’re FANTASTIC.
ELF Mad for Matte eyeshadow palette. It’s a definite winner.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Serafine…..not sure if there’s much hype for it, but the shade is new and I just ADORE it….seriously, love, love, love it….buying more for sure.
ColourPop eyeshadows for sure.
Morphe Elite collection brushes. I was really skeptical about them but I went to their store to check them out and they are every bit as good as the Sephora Pro brushes. I bought a bunch of them and they are awesome.
Last product that had lots of hype that I loved was IT – Tightline waterproof mascara. Love the brush, gets every single lash, down to the base. Love the mascara formula, stays on, yet washes away with DHC oil sooo easily. Some are very stubborn and require you to do something you should never do in the eye area – RUB!
I have 3, Becca EverMatte Poreless Priming Perfector, Kat Von D Shade and Light Contour Kit and Laura Mercier translucent Setting Powder. They have totally changed the way my makeup looks and lasts, love them all 🙂
Champagne Pop. I didn’t want to love it, but I did.
The Becca/Jaclyn Hill collab in Champagne Pop. I LOVE it and wear it almost every day.
I kept thinking of things and disgarding them because I would stumble over “and loved”. Finally settled on Benefit Roller Lash because I never before could get such length without spidery or clumpy or just plain messy looking lashes. Love it.
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation. Love it.
Yes! This one is special!
Charlotte Tilbury – the Rebel and Dior’s Jardin. I do love them both.
At first I had my doubts because I usually don’t reach for foundations, I’m more of a BB cream user, but Too Faced Born This Way Foundation looks so good on my skin. I love it.
Any and all of the ABH palettes, I’ve loved all of them, especially the two most recent, artist couture and world traveler! I cannot get over the quality of the shadows AND and brush (by far the best “freebie” palette brushes!) and the color stories are so unique to my collection! Also the Morphe palettes, especially the Jaclyn Hill palette! WOW! Amazing quality and bang for your buck!
the Lorac pro 2 palette and the tarte Amazonian clay foundation
The Lorac pro 2 pallete and the Tarte Amazonian clay foundation
It wassy Givenchy Prisme loose powder: the best I’ve ever tried, far better than Chanel one!
2 Hourglass blushes. The nicest blushes I have.
Probably UD Afterglow blushes.
Inglot lipstick! No dryness and long lasting..especially the matte shades. Yep.
Mac Nordstrom LE palette. It was a great way to kickstart a Mac shadow addiction.
Colourpop Lippie Stix and Charlotte Tilbury!
