A bottle of dry oil foam spray from Bath and Bodyworks in their scent poolside. I am not allowed to shop their until I use up all of my hand lotions, body scrubs, body butters etc.. It has been like over a yr since I have!

I just finished the La Mer Treatment lotion again…it lasts about six months before I need a new one. And I love farmacy green clean, too! It’s so lovely on the skin and I feel like it washes most everything off so well. Still have to use eye makeup remover but I’m okay with that!

I’ve also finished 2 of the Farmacy Cleansers, it takes every off without scrubbing your face. Has anyone tried the Drunk Elephant cleanser? I’m thinking of picking that up next. I’ve also tried the Youth To the People cleanser which did not come close to how well the Farmacy cleanser preformed.

I have a sample of the Drunk Elephant cleansing balm and I really dislike/don’t recommend. It leaves my face with a heavy, greasy film. I generally like cleansing balms and have tried several others (Clinique, Farmacy, Sunday Riley, Heimish), all of which I was satisfied with. They are also less pricey than the Drunk Elephant – except the Sunday Riley one!

I also have a mini sample of Drunk Elephant and I was kind of excited to try it once I finish my current make-up remover. But I hear from many people who love the Clinique Take the Day Off like me that the Drunk Elephant is disappointing. I double cleanse so I don’t think the greasy film matters; but it might just be the only product I won’t like from the brand. 😆 Not that everything impressed from them, but everything I have tried so far was at least OK / usable.

Clinique Mild Face Wash, which I have repurchased many times over many years. It’s the one product that’s totally worth stocking up on when there’s a sale because I never use anything else and I have no interest in trying a different product.

No 7 Lift & Luminate Triple Action Serum. I do really like it, and will repurchase at some point, after I work through some other serums (I’m currently trying a couple of Physicians Formula Skin Booster Vitamin Shots). As for actual makeup, I’ve recently finished a NYX Microbrow Pencil, a Revlon ColorStay powder, and a Prestige powder foundation. I’m also on the last leg of L’Oreal True Match Lumi Glow Nude highlighter quad, which I probably won’t repurchase any time soon. It’s a good palette, but it’s quite subtle, and I just have so many highlighters I like as much, or more. However, if it came to having to replace my more subtle highlighters, I’d probably look for this one first.

My Biossance moisturizer. I go through this super fast as it is not greasy and leaves my skin moisturized, reduces oily and clears it a little.

Hmmm….interesting. The thing that stands out about Farmacy Green Clean is that it contains Polyethylene, a microplastic that has the same impact on the environment that microbeads generally do. I recently finished the large format of a Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil and while I was initially sad to see it go, I’m happy to say that I purchased The Face Shop’s version (Real Blend Calming Cleansing Oil) and it not only cleanses my mascara much more thoroughly, but also is considerably more affordable.

Although I love spending some extra time on my skincare and using my Eve Lom Cleanser with a muslin cloth, when time is of the essence, nothing beats The Face Shop’s cleansing oil for now =)

They SAY the polyethylene is more of a wax, rather than a bead. Either way, not in. Plastic is plastic, and if you read up on the microparticles on every…and I don’t mean only inhabited…beach, you’d gag. Interesting that the FDA says no no to certain eye pigments, but no chemical sunscreens are on their no no list, despite Aus, the EU, not allowing them. It used to be that skincare claims were simply preposterous puffery. These days, almost more like planet-dangerous. As science advances, we find the fallacies in ‘natural ‘ or ‘clean’ brands. It pays to research the ingredients, and I found a new site, Incicoder. Pretty easy for the non-chemistry nerd.

Biologique Recherche P50 1970, Aerin Rose Lip balm, Laneige Lip Mask, MAC Haute and Naughty Waterproof mascara, and MAC Craving lipstick!

Am repurchasing or have repurchased all except the Aerin Lip balm. I love it but I have some Jack Blacks to get through.
