What has been your go-to fragrance for summer?
I don’t know that I’d say anything is a go-to, but I have worn Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Forte and Tom Ford Fougere d’Argent the most.

INest Sunkissed Hibiscus
Replica Sailing Day
Eau de bug spray and sunscreen. I rarely wear fragrance in the summer, as I spend a lot of time outside and find that it tends to attract insects. 😊
It’s usually Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine… it just smells like fresh earthy oranges and is the most summery scent I can imagine.
That one is amazing! I had a mini of it and used it up and have a lot of other fragrance I need to get through but it’s definitely one I’m going to repurchase.
Maison Margiela Replica Beach Walk! It never fails to make me feel transported back to the Jersey shore that I miss so deeply.
Ditto for Beach Walk. It’s summer pleasant for me.
Salvatore Ferragamo’s signorina misteriosa. But also a couple of lovely tiare based parfumes from indie brands (solinotes and helan). This summer I am really obsessed with tiare flowers
I don’t change fragrance with seasons, and in the past year or so I rarely wore fragrance. This months it was either still enjoying my old Versace Crystal Noir, either making use of a sample of The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods.
I love a warm scent no matter the temperature outside.
I haven’t had many opportunities to wear fragrance as most of the time when I go out it’s to a doctors office (yaay chronic illness) but I have a handful of scents I reach for in the warmer months (mostly leaning in the citrus-y / fresh family):
Tom Ford Neroli Portofino
Diptyque Oyedo
Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt
Le Labo Bergamote 22
I wear a variety of scents. My favorites currently for summer : Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, Chanel Cristalle Eau de parfum a pretty citrus scent, Fragrance du Bois Santal Complet tropical, and Angel Eau Croisiere tropical and I’ve been enjoying Tom Ford’s Bitter Peach in the heat.
Atelier Cologne’s Orange Sanguine. I like smelling like citrus in the summer.
Right now I am loving Fredric Malle “Carnal Flower”..
I also have Carla Flower hair perfume and some days just use that..
That’s “Carnal Flower “ hair Perfume 🙂
Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess. I have the 2017 eau fraiche version. It’s warm, smoldering toasted coconut on a subtly blended wood background. Beachy. (I didn’t even know it has citrus topnotes. They vanish.)
A summer fragrance for me is something light – Guy La Roche’s Fidji, Givenchy’s Ystatis, Clinique’s Aronmatics, YSL’s Manifesto and my beloved Poeme from Lancome.
Haven’t worn it much since the pandemic started to be honest but definitely Tom Ford Soleil Blanc! I have the Shimmering Oil. I’ve swatched the parfums in hopes of purchasing (smallest bottle!) but somehow, I think the oil is more worth it.
Prada Fleur’d oranger smells like white linen shirt fluttering by the wind on the branch of orange tree
Bergamote Soleil Atelier Cologne
Sycomore Eau de Parfum Chanel
Cactus Azul Fueguia 1833
and
Au Coeur du Désert Tauer Perfumes
The same perfume I’ve only worn since 2002. All seasons every day without fail : Dior Addict. I have bought 27 bottles of it. It’s beautiful and warm and to me the best bourbon vanilla. Yes, even the flankers are good !
