We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! If we’re talking eyes, ANYTHING but RED (there’s been so much lately that has been off-limits for me because of all these red and pink eyeshadows). Boring, I know, but as I never tire of it, I’d love to see more browns/bronzes and taupes taking over the e/s stage and, for lips, berries and reds in more moist and glossy finishes.

Yay, blurple! I’d love a palette of blurples, dove gray and vibrant peacock feather shades of midnight blue and green. Christine, I know you could dupe a peacock feather!

Purple in full-force! ?
Yes, we’ve had ND Lila, PMG La Vie En Rose and palettes with a few purples, but almost all are accompanied with red, pink, and such. I would love to see something ALL purple! From pale lilac tinged white duochrome all the way to deep blackberry, with violet, lavender, royal purple and then, instead of red or warm pink, toss in a purple with a strong emerald green duochrome shift!

Oh , and yes to seeing far more green next year, too! ?

I would echo that Christine – which is why I love that Melt Cosmetics Smoke Sessions palette so much, as long as the brand fixes their production problems.

I would like to see more cool toned palettes, without black shades, featuring a beautiful mix of taupes, pewters, shimmery grey (not grungy grey mattes) and pops of colours like greens, plum and blue.
For lips, I would like to see a return to glossier lipsticks – we have had enough mattes, in the usual variety of shades, except nude.

Agreed, more greens! Melt killed it this year with the the Gemini Palette and Smoke Sessions Palette. I’d love to see more green dominated palettes and straight up purple palettes. There are so, so few in the market and I would kill for a good quality purple palette. I liked the red and pink palletes when they first came out but then the market just flooded with them and it seemed like every new collection was red and pink. I was over it really quick.

Yes to green for me too, but warm greens. Khakis, moss, chartreuse, warm pale grey-green, warm teal, shimmery taupey-olive….aaahhhh. Put the emerald, pine, cool sage etc in their own separate palette.
