We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I’d like to see Buxom work on bullet lipsticks more/again. Sephora isn’t even carrying their current ones (it looks like the ones I really loved might have been discontinued), but their bullet lipsticks I had from them were really nice and they made several really good purples, which I have a hard time finding. It seems like they more heavily focus on their glosses though, which I find to be too minty and sticky personally.

And since I’m not fond of the latest Bite lipstick formulation, I’d really like to see them expand the color range of their Outburst Longwear Lip Stains, which are really good. That product even has me wearing orange, which is a color I normally despise and look horrible in, but somehow that one works for me. I was really hoping after they first came out that those first three colors would be “the first three” and not “the only three”.

I wish Urban Decay would expand its new lipstick range! They went from 100+ shades of Vice lipstick to a nicely done vegan formula with a run of the mill limited color range. Give us metallics, more dark shades, unusual colors, dupes of the old non-vegan Vice line!

I’d love to see Nyx (re-) release lip butter sticks, which were perfect. I’m not sure why companies release beloved lip products (Revlon, Almay, Nyx, ELF, etc) only to discontinue them or put them out in a slightly different, worse formula under a different name.

I would like to see Maybelline expand their Made for Me lipstick line – that was so successful a couple of years ago. All the shades rated well, as reviewed by you Christine, and the existing range only consists of 5 or so shades. And needless to say, but bring the entire range to Aussie land – don’t leave my favourite shade (Spice for Me) out….
I have given up hoping that our local Sephora would update their lipstories line to include the shades of Autumn Blaze and Auburn… it would be lovely if they updated their range.

I love looking at Lancome’s, YSL, Chanel’s lipsticks, but over here they are in the $50 -70 range and that is a bit steep for a lipstick.
As for Nars, Bite Beauty, UD Vice – we only get about half or so of the lipstick range and often my favourite shades are not included….

I’d love to see MAC freshen up and bring some exciting colors to the line. I also was a huge lover of Tom Ford Boys and Girls, it was to me the most exciting, innovative group of lipsticks ever invented, now TF looks blah to me. Also, Clinique lost me with their red plastic lipsticks. I wish they’d bring back and expand the old silver tube line…not this squirrel tip with a middle whatever it’s supposed to be 🤦‍♀️
