Makeup Revolution Matte Blush in the shade Divine, which Ulta no longer carries. It’s a pretty light pink, very cool-toned. On MR’s site, the same color name is very peachy and I think they changed it.

Colourpop Super Shock Cheek highlighters and blushes, Nyx taupe blush (for contouring), Nabla Gotham Shade & Glow (also for contouring; it’s hard to decide if this is an “affordable” brand or a “high end” one. Their prices are in line with Makeup Geek and Physician’s Formula cheek products, but their shipping costs from Italy might tip the scales.

Skin tone: Very pale with cool undertones.

I don’t have a lot of drugstore blushes and have decluttered many of them. I haven’t found a lot that I really like but I do have several Milani blushes which I like including the Rose Powder blush and Luminoso. I like the quality of Luminoso but it isn’t the perfect shade for me. I also really like the Physicians Formula Butter blushes. My current favorite DS blush is relatively new and it is the Burt’s Bees Blushes. They are really smooth, blend easily and last all day. I think they are a great DS option.

Fair/Light w/ neutral to cool undertones.
– NYX Highlight & Contour Pro Palette;
– L’Oréal Visible Lift Blush in 701 Rose Gold;
– Wet N Wild Reserve Your Cabana;
– Essence Mosaic Compact Powder in 01 Sunkissed (I don’t like it applied on my face because of the glitter, but it looks gorgeous on my neck /collarbone /décolletage in summer).

The only lower priced cheek products I can think of are highlighters – Essence Pure Nude, WnW Precious Petals Mega Glow and Reserve Your Cabana (technically a “bronzer”) and a stick highlighter from Maybelline (I forget the name – Studio something-or-other)

Sleek blushes, Wet n Wild ColorIcon blushes (especially Rose Champagne), Milani Rose Powder blushes (especially Coral Cove), Wet n Wild Studio blushes, Notoriously Morbid HL in Osteomancy, Sephora Tranquil for contouring. Also Looxi Beauty HLs in Voodoo, Pandora. Ever After, and Wicked. City Color Cosmetics Intense Exposure Highlighting Powder: When it was discontinued, I bought backups.

Most of WetnWild blushes, highliters, bronzer. . Milani rose blushes and highliters love them and their baked blushes really like them, also bronzers. Physicians Formula pink blush and Muru Muru bronzer, face powder in natural I like the slight sheen it gives my face. Essence nude highliter and one in white cream sparkly that I think has been discontinued. Lastly I tried two of the Almaty blushes in pink and mauve great light colors just like P.F. for ghostly faces like myself cool/fair. Very pretty indeed.

Milani baked blushes- all the shades are gorgeous and wear & apply as well as my $$$’s blushes

Essence Nude highlighter in ‘Be My Highlight”- beautiful finely milled highlighter for a subtle glow, looks and performs as well as my Cle de Peau luminizers!

Catrice highlighters in “Champagne Campaign” and “Light Infusion” – both pearly & glowing highlight powders that apply and wear beautifully

I am very fair with cooler undertones, so the above choices are not surprising.

However, and this is old school, for a more neutral-to-warm look, Cover Girl Classic Color Blush in Soft Mink is gorgeous – it is so soft and glowy – like a tawny lustre – and every time I wear it, it just lights up my face.
