I wish I had money to spend!
I emailed last week to let you know that I inadvertently discovered Net-a-Porter.com was having FREE shipping to US! I ordered Charlotte Tilbury I was so lusting after and I just got it- four days later! I’m floored. It was beautifully packaged (unlike Christine’s experience), and beautifully presented in a lovely black box beautifully wrapped. I can’t compliment them enough. Great experience.

I went to net-a-porter.com, but I didn’t find Charlotte Tilbury listed! I did not purchase my Charlotte Tilbury products from net-a-porter.com, just to be clear – so I’ve never ordered from them before personally!
Yes, and because you had a bad experience elsewhere, I ordered from net-a-porter. They are awesome, which is why I was letting everyone know about the free shipping, and yes, they have Tilbury. I just received it.

I just wanted to clarify because when I read your comment, I thought it was implying that you had a great experience with them versus my terrible one (since you didn’t mention I purchased elsewhere or the other retailer! 🙂 ) – I’ve gone to the site multiple times, looked for her by brand, searched their site for products, and also just browsed via blush and couldn’t find anything.
Do you have a link you could include? I am not doubting you ordered, just that I haven’t been able to confirm it on my end, therefore I can’t even share a link for others to purchase 🙂 I’ve been waiting since September for Net-a-porter to launch Charlotte Tilbury, but I wouldn’t want to make a big fuss if there’s no way to find it! Are you using an international version of the site? I am using the U.S. version. I even emailed them last week and they said to stay tuned.
Oh my gosh! Please let me clarify. Due to the fact that you had a delivery where your stuff was barely even packaged from selfridges and it took forever, I decided to order from Net-a-Porter. You may well be correct about the international site. I googled Tilbury’s Nude Kate and Blondie lipgloss to make sure I liked the color. Now that I think about it, I believe I clicked a link from one of those reviews, which took me to net- porter. I likely ordered from their UK site. Just googled Charlotte Tilbury net-a porter and the second one down I think says “shop charlotte tilbury at netaporter worldwide express. If you click that, it takes you to the UK site and there’s her makeup. NAP does NOT have her lipliner that see. I used my Stripdown by MAC with the Nude kate and Blondie lipgloss & it’s fab. Got the magic cream as well. Should’ve ordered the goddess shadow quad as it is different than the Tom ford. I hope that works for everyone! I’m telling you- the presentation is awesome and it was here in 4 days! I’m still waiting on makeup I ordered from California a week ago! Thanks, Liz, for clarifying! 🙂 If you paid in pounds, you definitely ordered from the international site! I know it’s supposed to be available in the U.S. sometime this spring, but I have no firm date, and I know net-a-porter.com is listed as a U.S. option on her website (has been for awhile). I asked them awhile back and was told spring.
I didn’t know you could order from their UK site and still deliver in the U.S., so that’s great to know! 4 days is really fast! No customs to deal with either? Even better!
