Ordered as soon as I saw it this morning. Looks like a fun addition to all the neutrals in my collection (and not a bad price either).
It’s actually better than I hoped. Super pigmented but more importantly, the colors actually look phenomenal on the eye! I will say use a different shade as a base before blending with the purples though.
It’s cute — and, depending on the amount of product per pan, the price is right!!
I think I would’ve been really excited about this 10 years ago. “Seaform”? ?
Sorry, I’m a moron per usual – can’t type or think straight these days!
It’s not you, Christine. The pan appears to be actually labeled Seaform.
That’s what I meant – I did not properly write out the shade name as the brand had done so – so I was providing the wrong information, which is a terrible thing to do.
I completely agree. Be kind to yourself.
Christine!! You are lovely, brilliant, and prolific. NEVER APOLOGIZE. I was side-eyeing Violet Voss, lol. You spelled it correctly the first time and did them a favor. ?
No, it’s actually Seaform on the palette – I did the brand a disservice by not accurately listing their product name! That makes me a poor editor.
Per their own website as well: “Seaform- Named after an inside joke ..this color is an amazing seafoam green.”
Nope, I’m pretty sure that’s on Violet Voss. It’s that way on the Sephora website!
I listed it as Seafoam, which is wrong, and that’s my error – the brand very clearly has it written “Seaform” on their website, on the palette, etc.! I got it wrong – I’m the one passing along misinformation here.
Oh – gotcha! 🙂
Do I need this? No.
Do I want this? Yes.
Must stay strong!
This palette has me intrigued! Perfect for the warm-neutral doldrums we’ve been aimlessly floating in; a refreshing breeze of actual COLOR.
The Seaform made me giggle a bit but I’m perplexed by the indigo and Royal shade names. I always though Indigo was a deep blue pigment and Royal usually referred to purple but hey, maybe it’s backwards day or something.
I’m still waiting for my Hashtag palette to arrive but as lovely as this looks, there are several colours I just wouldn’t use, so it’s a skip for me…
I totally missed the name snafu and your right, indigo is blue and royal is purple.
Royal Blue is a color, but naming an straight-up purple “Indigo” does seem really weird. I agree if naming this palette, I would have switched the names so “Royal” was the purple and “Indigo” the blue.
Pretty shades but not speaking to me personally, I am also not a huge fan of Violet Voss. I haven’t purchased anything since the Holy Grail palette fiasco so not starting now. Much prefer the Viseart brighter shades.
I love the colors, and I may be tempted if the purples and blues are good. I like my Hashtag palette a lot. I’m scratching my head over “Seaform,” too. lol
? not one red or orange shade in sight! Maybe someone is finally paying attention to how saturated the market is.
My husband is from Fiji, so I’m gonna have to get this palette right?!?!
(I can justify anything lol)
That’s a bright one – reminds me of the UD Electric palette – which is amazing quality.
I hope this is good for those who would like it.
This is cute! If it’s priced right, this might be the way to get me to try the Violet Voss formula. Have not bitten so far because I tend not to buy directly from websites, and everything they’ve released through Sephora so far has been more of the same warm nudes that I didn’t need any more of. Bring on the pops of color!
These colors look stunning! I didn’t even notice there was no red. The price is great too–but I really wish they were mattes! These shades do look quite unique though. If they swatch well I will definitely consider buying it; always good to have more rainbows. “Seaform” is my favorite!
OOOOO, prettyyy! But I won’t go there. 😉 Two electric type palettes (mattes & shimmers) is enough.
I had a custom makeover at Sephora using this palette a few days before it went on sale. I was stunned by it and went a little out of my way to purchase it today (it is already sold out online). Very pigmented, swatches gorgeously!
