Victoria Beckham Beauty #04 Matte Bronzing Brick Review & Swatches
#04
Victoria Beckham Beauty #04 Matte Bronzing Brick ($58.00 for 0.34 oz.) includes a lighter, yellower brown and a darker, redder-toned brown. Both shades were very pigmented, easily blendable, and longer-wearing with a particularly smooth laydown on my skin.
Note: $58 includes the price of the bronzer duo in its compact. The refill can be purchased for $42 (which is what is shown.)

The bronzer is supposed to "blend seamlessly, wear effortlessly, and [be] impossible to overdo." It is also supposed to have a "soft focus finish" that "blur[s]" skin. The brand doesn't seem to make any specific claims on pigmentation, though promotional swatches show them as opaque.
The bronzers tended to be more pigmented than not with many shades delivering full coverage in a single layer, though they could be used with a lighter hand to get more buildable coverage, if desired. The texture was particularly finely-milled, smooth, and silky without being powdery nor too thin or too dry. They picked up evenly with a brush and blended out effortlessly, as marketed. I'd agree that they have some blurring capabilities, too, as they seemed to soften and leave my skin look smoother rather than powdery or "flat" as more matte finishes can.
They lasted between eight and nine hours on me before showing signs of fading.

Amber
Amber is a medium brown with moderate, warm undertones (that seemed balance between yellow and red but wasn’t really orange, either) and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable color payoff paired with a smooth, silky consistency that was finely-milled and blendable without being powdery. It wore well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.

Sunset
Sunset is a medium-dark, red-toned brown with richer, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. The bronzer had a soft, finely-milled texture that was smooth and silky to the touch but not powdery at all, and it seemed to blur/soften my skin texture slightly (which was a marketing feature). It delivered full pigmentation in a single layer, though it could be used with a lighter hand for more gradual coverage if preferred. It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours before showing signs of fading.

I like it, but prefer the satin finish on the Gucci (which is my go to at this point).. itโs a little softer as a result.
Excellent products from VB. I think this is becoming a really good brand to watch.
This duo is pure temptation for me! Both shades would work perfectly for my medium olive complexion and would get very constant use. She did a great job at making her bronzers look skin-like and like a natural bit of tan!
