MAC Dainty, Buxom Temptation, aaaaaaand, WNW Rose Champagne Glow.
1.) Burberry Peony blush
2.) Tarte Blushing Bride cream blush (in the original berry shade, not the new frosty pink shade)
3.) NARS Madly blush (my all time favorite blush)
Nars Mata Hari blush, Nars Copacabana Multiple, Nars Orgasm blush.
Benefit Rockateur, Quickie from the UD Anarchy face case, Too Faced Candlelight Glow duo.
MAC Sunbasque (as always), Hourglass Diffused Light and Luminous Light. Though I just got two of the Hourglass Ambient Blushes, so that line up might change.
Well, I only Own two blushes, and I like them both, so: Chanel cream blush in Affinite (<3 <3 <3), and Majolica Majorca Blood On Lip and Cheek Tint.
For a third cheek thing, I'll probably have to go with Chanel Illusion d'Ombre in Fantasme, because it's an amazing highlighter, when what you actually want is a hint of iridescent glitter for very special occasions. I know pasting glitter on your cheekbones seems like a no-no, but all I've ever got from it is wonderment and compliments!
Chanel Joues Contraste in Accent, Guerlain Parure de Lumiere, and NARS Translucent Crystal Light Reflecting Setting Powder (loose)
Oops! I wasn’t paying attention. 😀
My must-have for cheeks are:
Becca Mineral Blush in Sweetpea
Chanel Joues Contraste in Accent
Tom Ford Cheek Color in Love Lust
At the moment it’s Mac Magnetic Appeal Extra Dimension Skinfinish, Pleasure Model blush and Blunt blush. Together they create a lovely sculpted cheek on me. Love them!
This one is trickier for me, as cheek products aren’t really my forte. I feel that since most of them are meant to be worn sheer or blended, there’s little point to try and have ALL OF THEM, unlike with lip/eye products, where subtle differences are less likely to be lost entirely.
That being said, my top three are:
1. Some sort of silicone-based cream-to-powder blush. I’m currently using one from Essence the most, but I’ve also been loving ones from Revlon and Bourjois as well.
2. A pink-peach shade with gold shimmer — Your usual NARS Orgasm-esque shade, if you may. Rimmel Santa Rose and Bourjois Lilas d’Or are my top two at the moment.
3. A taupe shade for subtle contouring. Illamasqua Cream Pigment in Hollow and Nyx blush in Taupe are my go-tos at the moment. I’ve been meaning to try out MAC Sculpt as well.
MAC’s Well Dressed blush, MAC’s 129 brush and MAC’s soft and gentle 😀 A lot of MAC haha! Blush is my absolute favorite makeup!
xoxo Anne
MAC At Dusk Extra Dimension Blush, MAC Fairly Precious Extra Dimension Skinfinish & Chanel Joues Contraste in Malice.
Hourglass cheek stain in Flushed, Tarte Amazonian clay blush in Exposed, Physician’s Formula happy booster in Rose
MAC Petal Power blush, MAC Stereo Rose (2014) Mineralize Skinfinish, & MAC Fleur Power blush
MAC At Dusk, MAC MSF Soft and Gentle, MAC Supercontinental. I like MAC…! I have quite a few Benefit cheek products now and I don’t find I reach for them all that often. I need to ban myself from using my MAC products and use more of my stash….
My go to’s lately have been MUFE powder blush #157 (pink beige), MAC Honour and Essence 01 – It’s Popul-art (warm peachy coral with a dark coral/berry section)
1. Burberry blush – Earthy
2. Chantecaille Rose Petals highlighter
3. Tarte Matte bronzer – Park Ave Princess
Highlight: Too Faced Candlelight duo
Blush: Tarte “Frisky” Amazonian Clay blush
Contour: Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer
When spring FINALLY gets here, I plan on rocking Tarte’s “tipsy” blush.
Tarte Tipsy or Natural Beauty
Hourglass ambient lighting blush radiant magenta
Clinique Ginger Pop blush, Nars Luster and Madly.
Hourglass Radiant Lighting Powder
NARS Taos Blush
Sleek Medium Face Contour Powder
I’m such a bore but, same as always, topping the list is Tarte Natural Beauty. I’ve also pulled out my 2 LE Clarins cheek products – Instant Blush Magic Colour (how I wish they’d bring that back) and Eclat Minute lush (in a weird, fatty/stubby lip-gloss type tube). I may also (if I can remember) dig out MAC Pinch o’Peach.
I’ve been on a neutral blush kick – so MAC Blushbaby, Addiction Cheek Stick in Tea Rose, and Addiction Cheek Stick in Rose Bar.
1. TheBalm Mary Lou-Manizer highlighter
2. MAC Supercontinental
3. MAC Coygirl
If I got to pick a 4th I’m loving the Dr. Brandt Pores No More I got in my Birchbox this month.
Runner up blushes would be MAC Easy Manner, MAC Small Vanity, and the new Cheek Pops from Clinique…all of them! But Supercontinental and Coygirl and my go-to blushes for a peach or pink look, respectively.
i’ve been switching back and forth between josie maran cheek gelee in poppy paradise and em cosmetics pinched
The Chanel creme blushes are to die for!
MAC Azalea in the Afternoon blush, Tarte (new) Flush blush, Too Faced Endless Summer bronzer
Blush | NARS Orgasm (speaks for itself)
Contour | Too Faced Endless Summer 16 Hour Bronzer – great for fair skin as it has a cooler tone, rather than the common orange/warm tone.
Highlight | bareMinerals eyecolour in “Nude Beach” – even though it’s meant for eyes, it’s beautifully luminous and I use it on my cheekbones and nose, and especially when paired with the eyelid, really makes you glow.
Burberry Tangerine (all-time fave), Hourglass Mood Exposure (current obsession), and Benefit Watt’s Up (best highlighter ever!)
I’ve been playing around with several different products lately, so I don’t have a “go-to” combination, yet. That said, if I had to plan for a trip & had limited space, I’d have to go with:
Cream products:
NARS Multiples in Copacabana, St. Bart’s, & Maldives (although I’m lemming Riviera ATM!)
Powder Products:
NARS Douceur, Zen, & Nico
NARS Madly, Ninotchka, & Albatross
I think I have an addiction to NARS…
All my cheek products are from the same company, I really should branch out. I use BareMinerals loose blushes, ready blushes, and their ready luminizers. I don’t really stick to one color in any of those.
MAC Centre of Attention, Nars Orgasm, and Nars Deep Throat.
I’m not really a blush person but: milani luminoso, the benefit mary lou-minizer, and my tarte amazonian clay blush but I really can’t think of the name right now!
MAC Lady Cremeblend Blush, Nars Love Joy, Milani Delizioso Pink Blush
Right now my #1 is Guerlain Terra Ora Sculpting powder… omg. Holy grail bronzer that gives me the most natural, warm, subtle glow, even right now in winter. And I love the wooden, magnetic-close twist compact. It’s gorgeous and heavy in my hand. The whole user experience is divine.
Followed by Guerlain Crazy Meteorites… so lovely…
and then, much to my surprise (I got this out of pile of stuff my friend was giving away), Physicians Formula multi-colored face powder in green!! It makes any redness in my face magically disappear.
I share your love for Guerlain’s Terra Ora Sculpting Powder and Contrast Highlighter. 🙂
DiorBlush Trianon Corail Bagatelle (pinky/coral)
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Ethereal Glow (easy cool pink with a lovely finish)
Marc Jacobs Shameless Bold Blush Outspoken (very subtle lilac pink)
1- the Balm Blend a Hand face brush (I use it for cream blushes and I’m loving it so far)
2- Chanel Joues Contraste in Accent (so subtle yet so beautiful)
3- LMdB Flawless Kaleidoscope (its highlighter, mostly)
Burberry Blossom, Edward Bess Quad Royale in Monte Carlo and Julie Hewett Bud of Rose
My top three must haves atm are Illamasqua cream blush in Dixie, Mac skinfinish in Stereo Rose, and Benefit bronzer Hoola
Rock & Republic Shameless Blush
La Femme Grape Blush
La Femme Cinnabar Blush
Laura Geller Bronze n Brighten in Fair, EL Bronze Goddess matte bronzer, NYX Pinched blush.
Bobbi Brown blush in apricot, Hourglass blush in Luminous Flush, Giorgio Armani fluid sheer #13 as a highlighter (which is also tied with my long standing favorite: Dior NudeSkin shimmer).
MAC Studio Careblend Pressed Powder in Gold-Go-Lightly, Warm Soul or Peaches or Gleeful Blush and Guerlain Wulong!
Milani Delizioso Pink, Josie Maran Coral Oasis, and Illamasqua Thrust.
My top three cheeks products are MAC Glamour Feast, NARS Exhibit A, and MUFE Cream Blush 515…All very beautiful on my dark skin 🙂
Urban Decay Flushed Native, Benefit Rockateur, and Benefit Watt’s Up.
Becca Beach Tints in Grapefruit and Fig, and Maybelline Face Studio Master Hi Light in Nude (surprisingly good!)
Probably this isn’t a cheek product but i have to have it for winter dry skin on my cheeks, so.. 1. Lancome Energie De Vie 2. Estee Lauder Audacious Plum 3. M.A.C. MSF in Soft and Gentle.
Cargo Prague blush, Bobbi Brown Nude Pink blush, and NARS Copacabana highlighter. The BB blush is pretty much my go-to for anytime I want color without overwhelming my face. 🙂
Blush is my thing. And contour and highlighters are growing on me, so limiting to three is difficult.
At the moment, Chanel le blush creme de Chanel provides the most interestingly subtle blush on my skin. I also love NARS Taos. The third cheek product I’m enjoying at the moment is MAC’s Fairly Precious In Extra Dimension Skinfinish, I use it to add a slight sheen over other blushes. At the same time, it neutralizes overly bright blushes.
Koyudo BP016 Cheek Brush
(or Cozzette S140 if you want a synthetic/vegan cheek brush)
» Because you need the best tool to begin with.
Dior Skin Shimmer
(or Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer if you prefer liquid)
» Because you need a good highlighter for your flat-matte blush.
Tom Ford Cheek Color
(or Chanel Le Blush Crème de Chanel if you prefer cream blush)
» Because it stays nicely on your cheeks for hours and hours!
NARS cream blush in Lokum and Chanel cream blush in Fantastic. I only have two that are must have.
Becca SSP and Maybelline Hi-Lighter for that lit from within glow on my cheekbones.
Butter London Cheeky in Pistol Pink (love love love this cream blush)
Dior Rosy Glow
Vincent Longo Water Canvas in Swan Lake
Armani Sheer Blush No 5, Clinique Cheek Pop in 03 Berry Pop and MAC Well Dressed
NARS Deep Throat, Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil, Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector powder in Rose Gold. Plus my Illamasqua Blush Up Brush and my Real Techniques blush brush.
MAC Gingerly, NARS Albatross and Milani Rose D´Ouro
At the moment I’m using benefits posie tint as my daily blush, I tend to layer it to get a good pop of colour. Nars Laguna is my ‘go to’ bronzer and also loving Smashbox o-glow for a lovely natural pink hint.
Pur Minerals mineral glow bronzer (always a go to, it’s my favorite), Almay Smart Shade blush in Coral, the two blushes from the Sigma Paris palette, mixed together (that counts as one… right? 😉 )
