Those powders are so interesting! Are they highlighters or more like a vague “beauty powder”? Very pretty in the pan.

Thus far, I have resisted Savage and the L&B shades that appeal. Not so sure I will be able to strictly wishlist this. Are the l/s and powders highly scented, anyone know? Oddly enough, I look for unscented/low scent due to skin triggers, but have virtually no sense of smell. Makes it hard.

I STILL haven’t tried Tom Ford, but this might be the collection that gets me lol Purple is my favorite and both Velvet Orchid and Black Orchid look so beautiful!!

Agreed. I think so many collections/makeup trends saturate the market these days. Everything is glow this and glow that and everyone is making similar shades/collections. This is something unexpected and gorgeous. I love solid fragrances. This collection is very beautiful.

I think it’s the lavender-colored blush, actually. Someone did not edit the promo photos consistently it seems?

i love TF and this collection looks beautiful… BUT i am disappointed to see almost every year he raises the price of lipsticks. They used to be $49 each… then $51… then mositurecore was $55… now $60!?!?!

So not worth it, especially when you have two of this that are less than 2 yrs old and already have gone rancid! I’ve had no problems with the Lips & Boys collection or any from the white casing. But two in the black casing have already gone bad. That’s pretty sad for such an expensive line.

My poor wallet? I’m probably going to get both lipsticks, maybe the powders once there’s more info about them. I cannot resist TF.

Aaaaah!!!! Purples are my weakness, and I love orchids, have a little collection at home. Ok, I can safely skip the $190 perfume because I’m allergic to perfume, but……..the lipsticks and gold and lavender powders are so intriguing. Uh oh, this might get quite expensive…..

I agree. I’ll at least swatch it. I don’t think I’ll buy it though, as TF is so overpriced here.
I’m also interested in the lipsticks.

I swear – Estee Lauder is making these items. Those lipsticks are reminiscent of (2) Pure Color Velvet lipsticks that I was in love with (Velvet Orchid, and I forget the name of the other), and was discontinued.

I miss those damn lipsticks so much, that the thought of dropping $60 for each of them doesn’t bother me at all.

I’ve had my spy-eye on a bottle of Black Orchid EDP so the solid perfume price point just pushes me more towards that rather than entices. I’m looking forward to lip swatches though!

I preordered both lippies and the blushes, I love the idea of a solid perfume but I’m not sure how much I’d will like this scent as I’m not familiar with it. His Tobacco Oud is my all time favorite from all his scents.

Preordered Velvet Orchid lipstick, it looks different from anything I currently have. Fingers crossed that formula is great and color is pretty in person. Would have ordered the orchid powder too, but wasn’t available as preorder on TF website last night.

The Velvet Bloom Nightbloom powder has already sold out once on pre-order on so I emailed their customer service and asked them to restock it because I had seen them do this during the launch of the Cream Color for eyes which were also on pre-order at first. They responded and restocked but told me in the email that the restocking was very limited and it would be shipped in 2 weeks I purchased both Nightbloom powders because a powder like this will last a long time.I love Tom Ford lipstick but $60.00 for a lipstick that is a common color it seems at least the lighter orchid one is crazy. And I have purchased plenty of his stuff before this but to go from 52 to 60 in a season change is absurd!!!!

I love a good lipstick but knowing how lipstick is made, I can’t spend $60 on a tube that cost less than half of that to make. Unless he’s using done unicorn formula, in paying for a name and that irkd my biscuits lol. It’s cute but i can’t do it.

No thanks, I’ll pass at $60 a pop for one of his lipsticks. The last time I bought his “must have” color, I had to reapply constantly. I was very disappointed in the color payoff and the wearability. And then it was only $49!
So for me, I’ll take a great MAC, Estée Lauder, or nicely concentrated Dior. And if you’re willing to buy your way through them till you find your perfect shade, Revlon has some great lipsticks. Their perfect pink is Pink in the Afternoon. Use a soft taupe liner and blend.

Argh, Tom Ford beauty products tempt me so!!! The packaging alone for this collection makes me swoon <3 I typically don't even wear colours like these but I can see myself picking up Velvet Orchid lipstick and possibly the gold powder. ….I just can’t resist Tom…..
