Thank you! Waiting for our girl Christine to get the dets to know which of these were boys who are now men, and what’s what! Can’t for for review and swatches.

I hate it when brands re-name a shade, it’s easy to buy it by accident without realizing you already have the color. Hoping you will review the new shades, and really curious about the shades that were previously exclusive to Asia –didn’t even realize there were any!

As gorgeous and stunning as these are-I just don’t think I could bring myself to pay $52 for one lipstick.
I think Blake(Casino) and Omar(Seventh Sin) are absolutely beautiful and I was sad that I missed them last time, but I just don’t think I can see myself spending $100+ for 2 lipsticks!!!
Bums me out.

If it makes you feel any better, I have one of his lipsticks and while it’s nice, it’s not spectacular IMO. I think Guerlain and Armani lipsticks are just as nice if not nicer.

i always hear praise words for these lippies but i can’t see myself spending 52 dollars + tax a/o shipping for a single lipstick 🙁

That’s exactly how I feel, too. For an eyeshadow palette or something along those lines, yes, but for a single lipstick, nah, I don’t think so.

Even though some of his shades are indeed lovely, I find his exorbitant price for one lipstick to be just crazy. I don’t mind dropping $52 on a palette or set, but TF prices are just steadily creeping up. If I did spend that kind of $$$, it would be on a Guerlain lipstick because the good ones live up to the hype.

Wow! So glad you posted this, as I was looking into getting quite a few of these colors! Thank you so much for the comparison to the previous L&B’s collection. If it were not for that, I would have been purchasing duplicates of what I already have! Hopefully L&B’s round 2 will yield some fresh colors! More to spend on Guerlain holiday perhaps!!

ooooh I was so hoping that the two Lips & Boys shades I missed out on (I only got Liam from Lips&Boys) would be in the repromotes, but alas they’re not. I’ll hold out hope that Stavros and Guillermo get re-released someday! 🙂

I find it so, so interesting that they ended up choosing those particular TF Lips and Boys shades. Apart from Francesco, all the other shades were available in at least one of all boutique/department stores that were selling them, months and months after the initial spending craze; I’d have thought they’d choose shades that sold out within a day or two, as opposed to the majority colors that didn’t necessarily sell “as well” as the others..?

Just got Sweet mystery and swatched it with Peter. They look similar if you just look at them, but I swatched them and wore them and they’re different. For sure. Peter is more gold maybe and SM is I think darker and a little more something else I can’t quite put my finger on- maybe beige? I think these will be a little different than the boys. I guess we”ll have to see when they all come out and swatch.
