The Summer Season: Milani Orange Gina Lipstick

Milani Orange Gina Lipstick ($3.49) is a beautiful shade of vibrant darkened orange with tangerine-gold shimmer. This is a bold, intense color to wear on lips, but it’s not a neon orange. It’s not loudmouth orange at all. The golden shimmer strewn through the color makes it perfect for summer! I find the scent of Milani lipsticks to be a little synthetic, but for the price, I’ll endure. The color payoff is fantastic–super smooth, rich color that applies evenly. I get about three hours of wear with this shade in particular.

Is this the right pink lipstick for you? Would you wear it?

The Summer Season is a series of posts featuring bright, vibrant shades of coral, orange, and pink lipsticks and lipglosses — all perfect for a summer of fun — that runs through July 2010.

I recently found out that they sell at Sears or The Bay… however, not all their products are there. But I have good news, I found an online drugstore that sells them for a really good price and it only gets better since it’s free shipping so long as you’re in Canada and no minimum price. It’s http://well.ca

Yay!!! I have been using it too!!! Your first post for the Milani orange lipstick was the one that convinced me to buy this one 😉

I once had this lipstick and loved the color but couldn’t stomach the smell or taste. I had to get rid of it. But the color is top notch!

ohh my…..thats what can make you “burn like fire” …aweseome alone and on you…unfortunatelly i cant get to Milani round here..i used to have a givenchy lipstick thats reminded me of….called Kiss Orange ( ..i think) but its long time discontined along with their LIp Lip Lip range…
could you make a suggestion of a color like this of another brand?..i love orange lipsticks and i like them more to the yellow rather than red side…

wow..i think im getting hypnotised..lol

looking at just the lip swatch i was like …ugh…but seeing your face pic i was like WOW i tell you, u never can judge by just a lip swatch…you have to have the whole face to get perspective! it’s beautiful on you!!

I just bought this shade. It’s so pigmented and pretty. Gorgeous color, but a bit too bold for my taste. I don’t know how I’m gonna rock it. LOL
