Without a doubt, couldn’t live without it: Eucerine Everyday Protection Face Lotion, SPF 30. Doesn’t irritate my crazy sensitive skin, gives me a nice glow without being greasy, and inexpensive.

I absolutely love Clinique’s Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. It’s lightweight and non-greasy, but still very moisturizing. I love the pump dispenser/packaging, and it absorbs in a flash.

For me it’s been Kate Sommerville Oil-Free stuff cause it really does get quenched quickly and doesn’t leave my skin oily at all, which is hard for a product with my oily face. So thanks Christine for raving about it! For my body I like Aveeno Daily Moisturizer. I don’t do well with scents and have dry skin so it works wonders.

h20+ hydrating treatment. its the blue gel one not the one with the microbeads in it but it is the absolute best for oily skin. it soaks in as soon as you put it on. I can’t believe people actually like clinique dramatically different gel. this product soaks right in your skin just like that but actually hydrates your skin making it less oily. clinique did nothing for me. it did not hydrate at all. even the people at clinique say it’s a topical lotion that just sits on top of your skin but does not really soak in your skin. anyone who has oily skin please give this try. it is hands down the best moisturizer i’ve used. i have combo skin- very oily tzone. after i started using this my skin looks so much healthier plumper because its actually hydrated.

Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion, Sensitive Skin, SPF 15 is perfect for my combination, acne-prone skin. They changed the formula a while back, but it was terrible, so they changed it back to the original recently and I couldn’t be happier. Cures dry skin (caused my midwestern winters), and perfectly balances my skin without being too oily or too light. Love!

Isn’t it a great moisturizer? I love the cream vs. the lotion because I find the lotion is so greasy. I switch between this and Philosophy’s Hope In a Jar

I have super oily skin, and I swear by Vaseline’s Aloe Fresh Moisturizing Gel. Doesn’t make my skin oily or greasy, but still moisturizes my skin really well. And it’s very soothing to put on. And it’s cheap! =]

My favorite daytime moisturizer is mark For Goodness Face Antioxidant Skin Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30. I have sensitive combination skin (slightly oily t-zone), and it’s been wonderful for it. It’s got all kinds of awesome ingredients, it comes in a pump jar so you NEVER have to stick your fingers into the jar. It’s $18 for 1.7 oz (it used to be $16), but it’s absolutely fantastic. I LOVE it!

I like Lush’s Celestial, though I just ordered some Steam Cream as the cute little tins drew me in. Sounds like it will be a lot like Celestial anyway.

i use lush’s celestial as well. i tried hope in a jar. i tried the one with spf and the one for dry sensitive skin. they both broke me out. celestial is my favorite! it is great if you have dry sensitive skin but i think people with normal skin would like it too. it also smells like vanilla yocrunch yogurt.

Ohh, you guys will laugh, but I use Nivea creme (yup, on my face). I actually have normal/oily skin with stubborn, random dry patches, but this didn’t cause any breakouts and soothed my easily irritated skin. Love it!

Kiss My Face Apricot lotion! Awsome hydration and the AHA makes it perfect for anyone who gets minor breakouts. It makes your skin super soft and since I have started using it I no longer wash my face twice a day, only to wash my makeup off, as the moisturiser leaves behind no residue and absorbs completely!

Jan Marini Transformation Cream. Hands Down. My skin is sensitive/dry. But, it used to be oily/combo. This moisturizer is for combo/oily girls, but I still love it. It doesn’t irritate either.

currently my fav is jason naturals ester c lotion, its got no nasty chemicals and is full of vitamins that make my skin glow, i have dry sensitive skin and its perfec for normal daily use 🙂

Beyond Belief Vita C+ Splash Off Foaming Cleanser – its creamy, super moisturizing, cleans extremely well, leaves my skin refreshed & clean, is in expensive and does not contain any ingredients that triggers my allergies.

Niki Avatar

Ooops! I read best cleanser.

anyway, the best Daily Cleanser is Revlon Eterna’s Day Cream, super moisturizing, firms & tones the skin, absorbs easily and is super super hydrating. The only drawback is that it does not have an SPF, but this is such a small drawback in light how great this moisturizer it is almost not worth mentioning.

So, this question is right up my alley because I have combination skin that can break out easily. I’ve tried everything Clinique and all of it didn’t work; I ended up still oily and with break-outs. That being said, I LOVE ORIGINS PERFECT WORLD moisturizer. When I first tried it I was apprehensive because it isn’t oil free, but I’ve been using it for months now and it’s amazing! (My friend was using Chanel’s skin care and switched over too!) I don’t get breakouts with it and it keeps my skin happy, even in the crazy-dry Michigan winter! 🙂

LorraineER Avatar

Agreed! This stuff is awesome for oily/combo skin. My skin is both oily and dry and it’s perfect for this. One layer over my whole face suits the oily spots and another layer over the dry areas and I’m good to go! It’s also good in the summer for people who get oily seasonally.

merlot does smell amazing, pretty colors, and soaks right in but it contains petroleum and made me broke out really bad. now i use h20+ hydrating treatment it is the best!

I keep trying others and loving them but I always go back to daywear for combo skin and it makes me look younger, better sleep, gets rid of redness and makes foundation apply best. after a couple decades I’d like to do something new but there’s something in the daywear that really works

I love Ole Henriksen’s Sheer Transformation creme. It’s an oil-free moisturizer that’s creamy without being greasy. It also helps fade skin discolorations which is a big plus for me because my Asian skin is prone to hyperpigmentation.

Durance mattifying day fluid for combination skin with lavender oil, smells good, is mattifying and gives just the right amount of moisture to my skin

Ann Avatar

I’ve been loving Fresh’s Soy Face Cream for nighttime use, but for the day, I just use my sunscreen as my moisturizer, as my skin doesn’t need a ton of moisture during the day if I moisturize adequately at night. My sunscreen is Z-Silc SPF 30 (true love).

Perricone MD Face Finishing Moisturizer. I love this stuff. Smells amazing, sinks right in, instantly brightens my skin for an overall glow. My favorte thing about it? The subtle rose scent. Of course, there is no SPF, so I always follow a separate sunscreen. My HG is Peter Thomas Roth Ultra Light oil free SPF30.

Decleor Hydra Floral Emulsion, THE moisturizer for combination skin with dehydration, especially in the winter. I also really like Origins VitaZing SPF 15, but it´s not rich enough for me now with the cold weather.

I like Neutragena Oil Free Moisture for Sensitive Skin for a facial moisturize, and I switch up when it comes to body moisturizers because I have never found one that I was in love with.  I keep coming back to Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Lotion, but I’m keeping my options open.
