Formula Overview
$17.00/0.05 oz. - $340.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have a black base and "intense color changes" that are best applied with fingertip or a dry brush, as they are "very pigmented and smooth." The brand recommends not to blend them too much to "preserve the extreme multichrome shift."
The blackened base was noticeable, but often, it wasn't quite as dark or as intense as I've experienced with other black-base multichromes, so they were a little more forgiving if one blended them out a little too much. Most of the shades lived up to the "extreme" part of the shift, too!
They were richly pigmented with a soft, smooth consistency that was lightly emollient but not too thick or too densely-packed into the pan, so it was easy to pick up product with a dry brush as well as fingertips/dampened brushes if preferred. The eyeshadow applied evenly to bare skin and blended out well along the edges. They lasted between seven and eight hours on me before creasing visibly.

Formula Overview
$15.00/0.05 oz. - $300.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to be a cross between "vivid metallic and iridescent chameleon," so they have a stronger color base but a multichrome shift. The brand recommended applying over an eyeshadow primer and in a thin layer to "intensify the shift," though I did not personally find that primer necessarily impacted the shift as they were readily apparent used on their own.
The vivid, more colored base helped make these easier to incorporate with other eyeshadows, too, so those who find multichromes daunting may like to start with this type of multichrome. They lasted between seven and eight hours on me before creasing visibly.

Neptune’s Diamonds looks like it would the ocean on my lids! Frothy, deep sea delight!
Mu Cephei also looks so very intriguing and complex!
So, so very beautiful – particularly the gold two – I love how the shades shift in different nuances of the colour.
MU CEPHEI!!! Had to catch my breathe! Just….bite-your-lip lovely to behold!
Okay, okay after I stopped gawking at MU CEPHEI, SOLAR DELIRIUM just had me shaking my head! There are the new golds! These are what I’ve been waiting for…rich, wearable holographic-like creamy powder eye shadows with subtly nuanced color combinations (as Nancy said, intriguing) ! That’s it, these two WILL be my first Terra Moon purchases (or gifts if I can convince someone close to me to purchase them for me, LOL!)
