Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I love to exfoliate with a fine scrub every other day, use a moisturizing soap and moisturize after a shower. Also, every weekend I exfoliate with a loofa, then apply Murad’s Pomegrate body scrub and after shower use Murad’s body cream in pomegrate… your skin feels so soft and nourished; plus it feels very nice and to pamper yourself, and if you add to that a bubble bath (with some salts), candles and nice music, it becomes your personal spa.
Just what every girl needs 😀

I use Body Shop polish which is like a softer version of a body scrub every day but that’s about it – apart from sun lotion in summer.
I use all these face products but I only have a couple of body products – LOL

Work out & moisturize – I like Keri Lotion Shea Butter but whatever is on sale. And I just started wearing SPF on any exposed skin.

Sun Screen! I try to wear at least an SPF 30 (preferably 50) all over whenever I go outside. It prevents me from getting sunburned and from getting cancer. And I get a nice healthy tan. The healthiest tan you can get from the sun anyway.

Yeah, I don’t know if it’s good or bad either, but at least we aren’t getting these tans with no SPF at all! (That’s my mom. I insist she wears sunscreen but she never listens.)

i’m not huge on exercising…especially in a gym setting..feels like torture to me, i kind of have to force myself to do it, so i HAVE to make it fun. i like the classes, like salsa dancing and water aerobics. and spinning is a great way to push yourself (and i mean PUSH). basically anything that makes me forget it’s a workout!!

i was vegetarian for a year. and i felt great. lots of energy. because i was vegetarian, i HAD to eat more veggies/fruits/all that good stuff. so you have to be more creative with how you incoroporate that into your diet so you don’t get bored.

now, i’m pescatarian, meaning i eat seafood. i also gave up dairy because of all the hormones/etc. it’s really clearing up my skin.

ladies – i recommend flax seed. it’s really good for that “glowy” skin. and hair is better too.

🙂

… yeah, i really should work out. hmmpf. i’m a lazy bum.
