I tend to notice the opacity first, followed by whether it catches on lip texture/lines.

I find that I tend to think about how well it spreads across my skin and how many lines are visible when used with a brush! I will also notice if it tends to cling to any dryness.
Texture! I am not THAT picky–I don’t think!–about texture but it’s often what distinguishes a great cleanser from a good cleanser for me, especially for whatever I’m using in the morning.
Mostly! The only issue I’ve had with mini sets is that they can be more prone to breaking compared to full-size, but I like being able to to try more shades for less money (or the same as one full-size shade).
Overall, yes! It takes awhile to finish powder eyeshadow, so smaller sizes work well, just as long the quality is still there.
I’m waiting for Bobbi Brown to have a sale, so I can pick up the reformulated Luxe lipstick range. It is too painful to purchase 39 shades at $40 or whatever it is at once otherwise! Like I know if I wait, there will be a sale, and I have plenty to review already so… waiting it is.
Loose for sure! I find that it gives me a more even application of powder overall.
I’ve been using Charlotte Tilbury’s Beautiful Skin a lot for photos, which I like but don’t think I love, but feel like the lil’ tube will not last long so I am trying to finish it! I’ll set with Laura Mercier’s translucent loose setting powder.
I like liquid for sheerer application or over drier areas, but I like cream concealer for more opacity.
Definitely powder! Cream has its place, but I like more multi-shade looks so powder makes more sense.
