For cleansing, I use shu uemura’s cleansing oil, Sephora Coconut Makeup Wipes, and Shiseido makeup remover (as necessary). I use my prescription topicals (Differin, clindamycin), and then I use Kiehl’s Avocado eye cream and Origins Ginzing. Sometimes I use Drunk Elephant’s Hydration Gel.
I cleanse with Cle de Peau’s Cream Cream Oil, Kate Somerville ExfoliKate (as necessary), and then use my prescription topical (clindamycin) followed by La Roche Posay Antehlios SX. If I’m going to be outside (not just going from car to place), then I use La Roche Posay Anthelious 50.
I think I have been fairly successful at obtaining most of the hyped up releases, but there have been many that were not worth the hype. The way I look at things is that most products have dupes, and if they don’t, they will, so everything is just a matter of time.
I know that MAC has finally (!) released permanent versions of their Extra Dimension Skinfinishes, but I would love to see them add an even fuller line, because I know it would make a lot of people happy!
I’d love to see more brands releasing products that will suit more skin tones, which includes in base products (foundation, concealer, etc.) but also in the sense of warm/cool and light/medium/dark color products – like I’d love to see more brands release a cool AND a warm cheek palette rather...

Obviously not a choice based in reality but Kevyn Aucoin. For someone who is living, the artists I recall are always the ones that I’ve known for awhile–Victoria Cembellin (MAC), Nick Lujan (Make Up For Ever), Lottie (lotstar), and Dustin Hunter.
I can’t recall the last time I was inspired by a show/movie for makeup! I don’t watch too many of either, though, so that’s probably why!
