They have fantastic blushes and finishing powders, and their foundations and brush ranges are quite nice. I’m not a fan of their newer eyeshadow formula, and I definitely miss their original duos.

Their lip products seem to be the more consistent/stronger performer, and while years ago, the eyeshadows were better, I haven’t liked any in recent memory (to the point where I gave up trying to track their new eyeshadow palettes down).

When they get a formula right, they do an amazing job, but sometimes they seem like they’re replicating their own success (and fail) or copying a trend (and don’t quite nail it). I also think that their line has some holes in it/could be fleshed out more.

Of course the rant is how expensive products can be! The other is accessibility–it’s hard to find Tom Ford in person unless you live in a larger metro. I really have loved a lot of the formulas I have tried, though I’m not a big fan of the regular eyeshadow quads.

I love their Ready formula for blush/eyeshadows, and even though they’re technically different brands, I like a lot of their Buxom lip products. I really didn’t like their most recent pencil eyeliner formula – that was a rough one.
