OMG – I am in olive heaven! Those gorgeous shades of Herky Bird, Cadet Recruit and Commission are so, so tempting.
Saaaaame! I’m a sucker for olive eye shadow.
Soooo looking forward to some of these greens. Their shadows are INCREDIBLE.
Oh my, there’s a lot I like here! But I bet I can dupe most of them.
I keep coming back to look at these. If this was a Colourpop-priced palette, I’d most likely buy it. But as singles, the temptation is not so great. Still, what a fantastic range of shades! Officer, Bravo, Herky Bird, Troops, and Commission are the standouts for me. And maybe Thunderbird.
Interesting colors. Suppose I’m old fashioned, but when looking at these swatches, spring doesn’t come to mind.
Thunderbird, Grace, & Troops are possibilities for me. Love the army greens but don’t think I could pull them off.
These seem odd shades for spring, but I’m digging them. I like seeing all the olive-toned shades. Thunderbird is a really pretty blue-gray matte, which I prefer over a straight-up gray. I hope it performs well.
Troops looks pretty, like a purplish taupe. Officer would be great with it in the crease.
Herky Bird, Recruit and Cadet for the greens and Troops and Officer for purplish taupe shades are blowing me away! Hoping that the greenish olive-browns apply better to the lid in actual practice than how they look swatched, though. One can hope, right?
Giving colourpop a run for their money.
Yes! I agree!
I do like Colourpop shadows especially the smaller pans in their palettes. But imo Sydney Grace shadows are far superior. I use my CP palettes for travel and my SG for everyday. I just adore the SG formula…it’s my favourite! ????
(I’ve tried MAC, MG, Viseart, Melt, ABH and lots more…)
I am here for the warm toned greens! It seems like greens are having a moment. But besides Melt, they’re mostly cool toned. Bravo looks amazing! And troops so pretty!
Herky Bird???? I dunno what it means but I LOVE the shade. There are several here that I love, love, love but I do have to say that they look a lot like others I’ve seen here recently from this company, so a bit redundant for those who have easy access to the brand. Commission, Cadet, Recruit, Troops and Herky Bird are all gorgeous and as a mother whose son is in the military, I can’t help smiling at the names.
It’s a nickname for the C-130, a military plane.
Thanks, Rachel!
Thunderbird, Officer, Troops and Herky Bird are gorgeous.
Eeeek!!! Some gorgeous, unique colors here! I’m in
My SG list now reaches to the next room. I hope they are prepared for the onslaught that good Christine reviews bring. Glad I tried SG in 18, so as not to conflict with my NYR, no new brands. Greens and cooler neutrals. Beyond yay. Does Ms C ever publish SG swatches, and I don’t want at least five? SG is a shadow lover’s dream.
Sydney Grace posts live video finger and brush swatches of these shadows in Instagram. They’re mesmerizing to watch!
Really pretty! Springy and fresh without being pastels. Love it!
Odd colors for spring, but I do like a number of them!
