Wow, I’m really liking almost everything in this collection! The colors are on the cooler side and a bit more edgy while still being sophisticated. I’m curious about the lip palette, since I’ve applied powder on my lips before and ended up with nice results, though rather matte and dry, which they do look a little that way in your lip swatches. I’m also wondering if they can function as eyeshadows.

All in all, I think I’ll be picking at least a blush, a couple shades of lipstick, and maybe an eye palette.

Hmm. I’m divided when it comes to this collection.

Loves Me looks disappointingly powdery and matte despite the gold shimmer. Loves Me Not is pretty, warmer than I was expecting.

The only lipstick I really like is Larkspur, the others are too sheer, Bloodflower is a bit generic (I love the name but yay, another red), and Wild Flower looks patchy.

The eyeshadows are pretty, that yellow is surprisingly nice. Not a big fan of Indio though, and shimmery greens are usually my absolute favorite.

The lip powders are intriguing, though I’m not a fan of how dry they make the lips look, probably because of the frost factor. I usually go nuts for colors like Zira, but it just makes everything look too chapped for me (no offense Christine). Damask and Calypso look similarly bad to me, but Ottoman is quite a lovely red.

Surprisingly, I find myself the most into Wild Phox. I like the light iridescence and that it’s multiuse.

Of all of these I’d probably spring for Larkspur and Wild Phox, maybe Loves Me Not depending on the rating.

I like the artwork. I’m interested in the highlighting pencil if it reviews well. I’d be all over the lip palette if it was a blush palette with a large highlighter pan. ?

Thanks so much for the swatches Christine! ♡ Loving a lot of the pieces in this collection, I really like the color story and the packaging is to die for! Will investigate further and decide what I’m going to buy. 🙂

Out of curiosity, for the lip palette powder swatches on your lips, did you use the balm as a base or did you just put the powders on on their own?

Despite the absolutely lovely artwork on the packaging, it’s what lies within that matters. And the actual product swatches just aren’t impressing me much. I do love the juicy stained look of Larkspur and Carnal Carnation lipsticks, if they last beyond 3 hours worn. As others have noted, it’s the highlighting pencil that’s the star here!

I love the artwork associated with this promotion. I really like a couple of the shades in the eye shadow palettes but sadly they are in different palettes and not really interested in purchasing both palettes. The lipsticks are too sheer although I like some of the shades. I have used powdered lip colors before and they make my lips look parched. I find this collection very confusing and so I don’t think I am going to pick up anything.

I LOVE this collection! I think I’ll need to pick up the loo set, it looks like it would be great to travel with, I hope it reviews well!! The cooler toned eye palettes are lovely, but I’m hoping I can dupe them from my Sleek stash so I don’t have to shell out. Loves me not is also a great color, but it might be chalky.

Not impressed, especially by the shadows, which are iffy with Nars, and the blush, which is usually reliable. That could change, in person. But, have been glad to resist that size N shadow palette, esp. Of course, the red lip is TDF, and I need it like I need appendicitis. Not likely to revisit powder lips, though formula must have improved over the decades. What dingbat wrote Phox? My brain autocorrected that one.

HA! You got me ? I was taking a drink just as I got to “ like I need appendicitis “
Thanks for the giggle ? I really needed that today.

I am really drawn to the Fleur Fatale palette (especially since I picked up the Wanted palette on a whim and LOVED the formula… it’s a go-to now). I also really love the Wild Ph(l)ox pencil. Ugh do I wish this released at a different time or was on Sephora eligible for 15% off though. Poor wallet :/

For what it’s worth, Phox (without the L) is the name of a musical group, not that I have any reason to believe that’s relevant to this collection. Their song “Slow Motion” is lovely and interesting.

I thought “Loves Me Not” was supposed to be a more lavender shade?

I like the look of both eye palettes, but not enough to pursue them, I don’t think.

This is a stunningly beautiful collection and I just love those eyeshadow palettes, so much more cool toned that lots of others in the past few seasons. A couple of the shades do look a little patchy, but the reviews will tell the story.
The lipsticks and blushes look great too.

I was excited for the lip powders – and they are beautiful shades. But they look SO DRY.

(which is not all that surprising really, I guess. They are a powder, after all…)

And I want to know how much voodoo they put in the Voodoo Lily lipstick to make the colour disappear…

This could have been the best new cruelty-free collection of the year if they had not decided to sell in China. I’m very sad to skip this.

I’m so in love with this collection! When Nars gets me, they get me bad and I’m completely enamoured with this one. I’m excited for the reviews!
After all the mermaid, unicorn, cartoon, sticker etc themes this is such a welcome grownup collection.

Truly! I’m about Night Garden! I likewise may get one of the sheerer lipsticks. Hubby loves my lips in sheer and I require more assortment than consistently dark nectar.
