Your skin tone/coloring: very fair (MAC NW13)
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Nars
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? couldn’t say
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Isabella Rossellini’s Manifesto (this is going back aways!)
Your skin tone/coloring: Cool-to-Neutral
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Urban Decay and NYX
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Clinique – it seems so BLAH to me!
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Hard Candy – but not the current Walmart incarnation. I miss being able to buy it at Sephora :/ Also BRING BACK LIP GUNKS, URBAN DECAY!
I was also thinking of Hard Candy, I miss the days they were sold at Sephora.
I totally agree that Clinique needs a makeover. They actually have some really nice beauty products and I use their skincare almost exclusively… but because their focus is the chemistry in their products they don’t do as much marketing as they could for them, which is a shame.
– Your skin tone/coloring: Light-medium (NC 25)
– Beauty brand you always visit in a store? the Balm now that is finally made its way to my DS! ^^
– Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Estée Lauder…with MUFE as a close second. I understand the no-nonsense packaging thing, but a little originality would be nice.
– Beauty brand you wish would come back? I can’t think of any. In the country where I live, it’s more about which brands I wish would *come*, full stop 🙁
Your skin tone/coloring: warm, light (MAC NW20)
Beauty Brand you always visit in a store: Urban Decay, NARS, and MAC
Beauty brand that needs a makeover: Smashbox
Beauty brand you wish would come back: MAC’s Whisper of Gilt!!!!!
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair and cool. AKA “Whiter than a Disney Princess”. Glow in the dark pale.
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? BareMinerals
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Can’t think of any, among the brands I shop.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Cargo! It’s completely disappeared, except at Kohls.
Cargo’s at Nordstrom and Ulta.
Cargo’s also at Shopper’s Drug Mart.
Cargo is at some Rexall’s as well and some Sears.
Macy’s carries Cargo.
Your skin tone/coloring: Between NC15 and NC20
Beauty brand you always visit in a store?: NARS
Beauty brand that needs a makeover?: Stila… some of their packaging looks a little childish.
Beauty brand you wish would come back?: Tokidoki used to do makeup sold at Sephora, and I loved their colorful eyeliners!
■Your skin tone/coloring: NC20ish
■Beauty brand you always visit in a store? MAC
■Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Elizabeth Arden… It’s just so for grandmas. lol
■Beauty brand you wish would come back? Max Factor!
Elizabeth Arden was the first brand I thought of… and I am a grandma! LOL I have an eyeshadow trio that’s over twenty years old (I don’t use it anymore!) that STILL swatches amazingly well. Everything about the brand today pales in comparison to what it once was. :'(
Light to medium neutral… Nars…. Chanel… Illamasqua
Yeah, what the heck! What happened to Illamasqua at Sephora?! Shame…
Illamasqua pulled out of North America (read: US and Canada) entirely this past month. They probably didn’t do as well, sale-wise, as they hoped. 🙁
Did they really? Well can’t be entirely because they still have it at The Bay where I live (Vancouver, B.C.) but that sucks
I didn’t even notice! A shame. It was one of those brands I was always hoping to try, but never got around to it
Your skin tone/coloring: MUFE HD 160
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Urban Decay
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? MAC. Their packaging has been the same forever.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Tony and Tina. Sephora’s Hard Candy
Oh, wow! I’d completely forgotten about Tony and Tina! I still have one of their glitters (I just dug it out of my stash) and it’s really beautiful. It’s like a loose version of the glitter in UD’s Distortion glitter eyeliner.
Your skin tone/coloring: Medium-light neutralish with yellow undertones
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Hourglass
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? I don’t know, Elizabeth Arden? I find them kind of boring and uncompelling.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Illamasqua, to Sephora!
Your skin tone/coloring: cool and fair, mac nw 15
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Nars, Mac, YSL
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? NYC and Wet n Wild. Cheap products don’t have to come in cheap looking packaging.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Jane, the stuff they made in the 90s. The new Jane isn’t anything similar.
Skin Tone/Colouring: Fair/Neutral (MAC NW 115, MUFE 115)
Beauty Brand You Always Visit: Urban Decay, NARS. And I can’t stop myself from wandering to the MAC counter if I’m in a department store.
Brand that Needs a Makeover: I was going to say Clinique, but they’ve released new products and their blushes are so cute I guess it’s more of a brand/marketing issue then? They are certainly under appreciated. Otherwise, I’d say Bobbi Brown. I just can’t get excited over their stuff, despite how good the quality is supposed to be.
Beauty Brand you Wish would Come back: I haven’t been in the make up game long enough to have one of these. The drug store brands I started with are all still there.
Your skin tone/coloring: Golden Brown (MAC NC44, MUFE Mat Velvet 67)
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Make Up Forever, NARS
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? —
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Ruby & Millie
Skin tone/coloring: Porcelain, cool undertones
Brand/s I visit in a store: Sephora – Marc Jacobs & Bite Beauty, Neiman Marcus – Chantecaille & Guerlain, but I force myself to be in a hurry because I know I can’t stay and play without spending way too much money, Nordstrom – I could spend all day, but the main brands I browse are Chanel, Dior, and YSL.
Brand that needs a makeover: Though it’s one of my very favorite brands, Bite Beauty, as their packaging on many products is not the best. They also need to remove lanolin from their products or very clearly state (particularly on Sephora’s website) that a number of their products contain lanolin, which is a serious irritant for many, including myself. Most of their products are just amazing, so I put up with the inconsistent packaging. I also now buy products in person, so I can read the ingredients on the box.
Brand you wish would come back: Prescriptives, from the Sylvie Chantecaille days. I know it’s “back,” but it’s not the same. Club Monaco for the lipstick shade Fair Play, which was just perfect.
I still get Prescriptives from their website. I haven’t been able to find a good match for Real Camellia foundation.
Your skin tone/coloring: NC05 Fair olive
Beauty brand you always visit in a store: Everything at Sephora. It really is only option to try them out in Canada. But i usually target MUFE, Too Faced, Tarte, Urban Decay, and NARS.
Beauty brand that needs a makeover: A lot of department store rands like Clinique and Estee Lauder (though they are changing it up.) They all feel dated to me probably because the looked the same since i was a small child.
Beauty brand you wish would come back: My first though was HARD CANDY as well. Urban Decay dropped the brand (I don’t hate the walmart version it’s just not the same) and I kind of worshiped those Super saturated lip glosses they had. I want those back above all and I not a gloss girl by nature but those where divine. lol
MAX Factor is another one. Left North America in general and they have some great looking products now. SAme for alot of Europe brands like Kiko and Artdeco.
Your skin tone/coloring: light to medium warm
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? I always have to at least glance at the MAC counter 🙂
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Hmmm… I need more time to think about this one 🙂
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Does Fusion Beauty still exist? If not, Fusion Beauty.
They still exist Fusion Beauty. There not at Sephora anymore but Shopper’s in Canada has them and Ulta in the US.
Skin tone/coloring – very fair, pink undertones, red hair, blue eyes
Beauty brand I always visit in store – MAC
Beauty brand that needs a makeover – Mally – the packaging is too bulky and cheap looking to me.
Beauty brand i wish could come back – Toni and Tina
Oh my gosh, I forgot about them. I still have a bunch of their glitters from high school. 🙂
Your skin tone/coloring: fair (MAC NW15)
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Urban Decay, NARS and NYX
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Urban Decay (They’ve gotten very predictable.)
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I wish Illamasqua would come back to Sephora… I can’t get enough of their stuff. I’m thankful I live in one of the only cities in Canada with a counter at the Bay.
Which Bay!
Skin tone/Coloring: Medium/Tan with olive undertones
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Lorac if I am just at Ulta browsing without anything in mind to buy. They always value sets that I don’t realize existence of unless I check the display. Same with Bare Minerals. I will usually buy any value set that includes a full size mascara from these two brands, as I like their formula and usually you get two or three more items for a couple of bucks more.
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Tarte. Same packaging, same colors, same value sets since forever… Their recent update on the cheek stains and lip surgences did nothing for me.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I agree with Jenny Cupcakes that Hard Candy needs to come back!
Your skin tone/coloring: Very fair; auburn hair, hazel/green eyes
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? No one particular brand. I always like to visit the Clearance bin/shelf. Sometimes you can really score big.
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Drugstore: NYC: Their non-lip makeup is horrible. Higher end: Clinique. ( Maybe the Black Honey palette will be a step in the right direction?)
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Drugstore: I wish Max Factor would come back to the US. Higher end: Illamasqua, so I could more easily try them. By the time I knew they existed, Sephora stopped carrying them.
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair, cool
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Just one? probably a tie between MAC and Nars
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Estee Lauder
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Tarina Tarantino.
You can still buy Tarina Tarintino makeup on her website
I’ve seen Tarina Tarantino show up on Hautelook a couple of times!
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair/Medium Cool
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? YSL
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Stila
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Illamasqua (to the US!)
My skin is light, slightly pink undertones.
I always visit UD, NARS, Lippmann Collection.
I wish Clinique would get a makeover. They have some great products but don’t come across as cool. Also TooFaced, which I also really like for products but has the opposite branding problem in that it feels a little tacky and overdone in terms of packaging and such.
I wish Illamasqua would come back to being accessible (in the US?)! After Sephora dropped them I can’t find any of their products in person, and their site seems to indicate higher prices… :(((
Your skin tone/coloring: NW47 Deep/Dark
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? MAC, Urban Decay, Shea Moisture, Real Techniques
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Estee Lauder, Clinique, Lancome…If it wasn’t for young, hip YouTubers like CKeyBeauty and QueenMicka28, I would have never thought about trying these brands. Brands like that don’t market to consumers with my complexion.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I can’t necessarily think of a brand, but I wish some of MAC’s limited editions would come back…All the Rihanna lippies, Whisper of Guilt, Alluring Aquatics, Archies Girl, Venomous Villians, etc
– fair (NC 15/20) with dark blonde hair and green eyes
– Wet n’ Wild, ELF, and Rimmel. I’m always looking for cheap little find.
– Wet n’ Wild and ELF. Packaging needs MAJOR work and I also don’t see cohesive branding throughout either. I think a sleek redesign for both is much needed.
– I have fond memories of getting new Lip Smackers from the store as a tween and I’d love to see them grow as a brand and come back in a big way! New flavors, more pigmentation, perhaps some items more appealing to a serious makeup crowd?
Your skin tone/coloring: Porcelain
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Urban Decay
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? MAC – their LE collections have been really sub-standard for a while now.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I wish Illamasqua would not leave the US, shipping from the UK is so expensive! Also Tokidoki and the old Hard Candy.
Skin tone/coloring: medium, warm
Brand you always visit in a store:
* Drugstore – Milani
* Sephora, Ulta, etc. – Urban Decay and Too Faced
Brand that needs a makeover:
*Drugstore – Milani — please do something about the bulky gold packaging!
*Sephora, Ulta, etc. – Clinique
Beauty Brand you wish would come back – Tarina Tarantino to Sephora!
Coloring: Snow White (character)
Always Visit: Urban Decay. Too much fun swatching the bright colors!
Makeover Needed: Meow Cosmetics. I love their products. Seriously, they’re some of the best. But the website is painfully bad. The cat theme is taken way too far. Just, urgh.
Come Back: Whatever brand it was that made the fantastic duchrome twist up pencil liners I got at Nordstroms back in highschool. By the time I lost the pencils the labels had long since worn off and I just can’t find them!
Your skin tone/coloring: Light, cool: Estée Lauder 2C1
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Nyx, Wet n Wild, Lorac
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Too Faced. Their packing is inconsistent and generally tacky.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I just envy some of the brands I see in the UK: Sleek, Kiko, Eyeko, etc.
Your skin tone/coloring: NC30
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Too Faced
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? MAC. I’m just so bored by it, especially the packaging and satin lipstick formula.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Tokidoki. I loved their packaging!
Very fair. Actually when my husband is Photoshopping, he’s been known to use my face for white balance!!!
Always visit: Smashbox. Also philosophy, to smell all the things.
Could use a makeover: Estee Lauder. Reminds me of my grandma.
Wish would return: Garden Botanica. They had the best sheer lipsticks, before the sheer lipstick trend was even a thing.
Your skin tone/coloring: NARS SG Siberia
Beauty brand you always visit in a store?
Within drugstores: Revlon, Maybelline, L’Oreal, Prestige Cosmetics
Within Sephora: Tarte, Urban Decay, MUFE, Too Faced, Hourglass, YSL, Dior, NARS
Within a department store: MAC
Within Ulta: NYX
Beauty brand that needs a makeover?
MAC. Focus more on the permanent line *cough*relaunchallthediscontinuedmatte2eyehshadows*cough*, decrease the number of collections released per year significantly.
Beauty brand you wish would come back?
I wish Bourjois was more readiliy available in the US (there are no Walgreens where I live, and I know I can order it online from several places, but still!). I also wish Illamasqua had taken a different approach when they came to the US and Canada (open a few freestanding stores, then expand). Then maybe they’d still be here.
Your skin tone/coloring: NC50
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? MAC, MUFE
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Maybe MAC. I love their glosses, but their face products break me out horribly. I’d love to be able to use their foundations because their more affordable than my current favorite.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Not come back per se, but I’d love it if Illamasqua was available in a store near me. I’ve yet to try their products because I prefer to swatch products I’ve never used before before buying online. I really wish I could get my hands on the brand.
Your skin tone/coloring: cool-neutral vampire
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? YSL (because UD doesn’t have counters here)
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Clarins, in the sense of their store presence/advertising. Their stuff seems to be really great quality, but they’re very much the wallflower of any cosmetics department here, which is a shame!
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Bloom. It’s an Australian brand that makes some really excelent lipsticks. For that matter, Lipstick Queen! It used to be available here, but sadly not any more…
I’d totally forgotten about Bloom! I’ve still got a gorgeous teal twist up eye pencil of theirs. Ugh. I’m in mourning!
Your skin tone/coloring: Really pale, MAC’s NC15
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? MAC
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Revlon
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I’ve heard that Bourjois was sold in Argentina a long time ago…
Your skin tone/coloring: Light/Medium Yellow and golden undertones
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Maybelline & Revlon
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Almay, Stila & Tarte
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Illamasqua to (Sephora)!!, Vincent longo & Mary kate & ashley (Walmart). Also want to see Flower beauty at my local walmart. :\
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair w/ both pink and yellow undertones
Beauty brand you always visit in a store?: MAC, Nars, UD and MJB
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Clinique and Too Faced
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Bring back Illamasqua to Sephora—PLEASE!!!!
My skin tone/colouring, Nars gobi, Mac NC15, green eyes
Beauty brand I always visit, Kat Von D, Nars, Urban Decay
Beauty brand that needs a make over, I think variety is a wonderful thing, there will always be something that fills a need for someone by being the way that it is already whether it appeals to me or not.
Beauty brand I wish would come back, I have not had this happen to me, where I liked a brand and it went away. I sure hope none of the brands I enjoy go anywhere anytime soon, I would be sad.
I forgot to mention that I also like to visit Too Faced and Mac.
Your skin tone/coloring: NC 25
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Urban Decay, NYX, OCC
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? I’m pretty bored by Clinque as well. I can’t think of any others that put me off – I like both cute, wierd and subtle, streamlined packaging so that pretty much covers everyone.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? REVLON STREETWEAR! I had so much of that stuff in high school. They had all the weird colors I like.
Oh god, Revlon’s Streetwear line kick-started my nail polish addiction when I was in college. They had the prettiest ‘ugly’ colors and duochromes galore!
That was a great line. I loved the pencils. Such weird colors, but they’d look great on.
Skin tone is fair/cool. I purchase all of my makeup online but, when I find a product that really works for my aging fair skin I will try to purchase the product in every available color. Lately, I discovered the benefits of Maybelline New York Studios Color Tattoo Cream Eyeshadows and I believe I have purchased it in every color that I can find online and at Walgreens. I can’t think of any product line that needs to be revamped, do they still make Max Factor? Products I would love to see make a comeback are the: Prescriptives line of lipsticks in a newer hybrid formula, Max Factor Geminesce Nail Polish, Charles of the Ritz lipsticks & lip glosses (also hybridized, of course).
-NW 25-30
-Simply can’t walk by the MAC counter without stopping (and buying…)
-Loreal, the packaging is flashy (fingerprints) and chunky (hard to store) on the lipsticks and I think it just needs modernizing.
-Prescriptives– It is still sold online but not the full line and it was so nice in the store. Their skincare is impeccable. I love the packaging too.
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair and pink; MUFE Liquid Lift #7 Pink
Beauty brand you always visit in a store?
Within drugstores: Milani
Within Sephora: YSL (but I always end up purchasing NARS, MUFE, or ANOTHER nail polish!)
Within a department store: I just stand there like a deer caught in headlights and wait for something to grab my attention…
Beauty brand that needs a makeover?
Without question, it’s Elizabeth Arden!
Beauty brand you wish would come back?
The only line I can think of that I used to occasionally pick up is Max Factor.
Your skin tone/coloring: very fair (MAC NC40/42)
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? No one in particular, I check them all out
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? YSL (needs to move further to forefront again), Stila, (I don’t see cohesion in this brand)
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Prescriptives – I liked some of their lipsticks and the fact that you could customize a foundation to be just what one needs (rarely used foundation when they were in business but loved the concept)
Your skin tone/coloring: NC50
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Chanel
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Estee Lauder, Clinique
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Rock and Republic
Your skin tone/coloring: Pasty as all heck
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? NARS and Kat Von D
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Too Faced. They’re STUNNING, but a lot of their palettes have been iffy formula-wise lately, and their color choices are becoming redundant. The Christmas 2014 collection looks VERY similar to last year’s design and it doesn’t make me want to jump at it like it used to.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Tarina Tarantino and Illamaqua need to come back to Sephora!!
Your skin tone/coloring: Light neutral
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Nars & Bite Beauty
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Bare Minerals
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Not really sure! But I wish Illamasqua would return to the US!
Skin: NW20 in winter,NW25 through summer and fall
Always-visited brand: MAC
Needs a makeover: Stila, which had great pro colors and products, now seems to only want teens
Wish for a comeback: Already missing Illamasqua. Ordering online isn’t the same as playing with the products. Plus I REALLY miss Bourjois. Best lipsticks, gorgeous real French reds,, great nail polishes (the original formula, not the later version)…terrific shadows and blushes. Great mascaras. I can go on and on. Made by Chanel, drugstore-cheap, everywhere in Europe but couldn’t seem to find a forever home in the US.
Your skin tone/coloring: NW10/15
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Chanel
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Bobbi Brown. I used to stop by the counter nearly every time I hit Nordstroms, but her line has been increasingly disappointing lately. Her face products are still great, but I’d love to see the consistent quality return to the powder products.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? It’s a shame Illumasqua left the U.S.
Your skin tone/coloring: fair-meduim beige
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Too Faced has become my new go-to. Kat Von D is always a stop-by too
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? I agree with Clinique. Their products don’t catch my attention and say “buy me”.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I wish Illamasqua would come back to the US through Sephora. One of the Sephora’s in my area used to carry their products in the store, they stopped in 2011.
Your skin tone/coloring: NC15 — Fair with warm undertones
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? Urban Decay
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? YSL — Their stuff is GORGEOUS. But, I am 25, and I’m STILL intimidated by how much their brand is steered toward older women.
Beauty brand you wish would come back? N/A
Your skin tone/coloring: Fair neutral
Beauty brand you always visit in a store?
Drugstores/Target: new products display, NYX, Almay, Milani, Wet ‘n Wild, elf, Physicians Formula, Pixi, Sonia Kashuk, Pacifica
Ulta: new, clearance, NYX, Physicians Formula, Laura Geller, It Cosmetics
Sephora: Dior, Guerlain, YSL, Givenchy, Hourglass, NARS, clearance
Department stores: Armani, Chanel, and MAC, but only if I can hover around the edges of the counter and not attract any attention.
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? I never really think about Clinique, Estee Lauder, or Elizabeth Arden, so I guess they could use a makeover. I think Clinique should go all the way with their basic, no-nonsense packaging and go with the old school generic (remember that? White or yellow with black (Helvetica before it was Helvetica?) type). Actually, I think any cosmetics brand should do that – I’d totally buy it!
Beauty brand you wish would come back? I wish Bath and Body Works would bring back their makeup line; Illamasqua, Bourjois, and Paul & Joe back to Sephora
Skin tone: light with warm undertones
Always check: Dior and Guerlain
Needs makeover: Estee Lauder, Chanel
Wish would come back: Illamasqua to Sephora, and I wish Kiko was available in the US – but their websites lists a couple stores in NY, so maybe soon? Fingers crossed!
I think it’s interesting that many people name Clinique as a brand that needs a makeover, considering they’ve had huge success with some of their products in the past few years. They launched the trend of big lip crayons with their Chubby Stick, which has basically been copied by every single brand out there. More recently they updated their eyeshadows, launched new eyeliners, and released their flower blushes which have all been very well received. They also have great foundations imo (but I dislike most of their skincare). I think they really do need to do something about their visual identity and image if they’re still seen as “old-fashioned” (some of their packaging definitely looks passe).
Your skin tone/coloring: fair/neutral
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? MakeUp For Ever
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Clinique
Beauty brand you wish would come back? none
Your skin tone/coloring: MAC NC 15-20
Beauty brand you always visit in a store? MAC
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? Elisabeth Arden
Beauty brand you wish would come back? To my corner of the worls, Bourjois, Revlon, UD. I can’t think of one thats disappeared completely. Probably will as soon as I press Post Comment 🙂
Skin tone/coloring: very fair-neutral
Beauty brand you always visit: Urban Decay
Beauty brand needing a makeover: Oh, gosh, so many! Clinique is so bland–even if they’re going for the clean, minimalist look to mimic their “clinical” message, it’s kind of hard to get excited about a product that only seems to come in medical white/scrubs green/pasty beige plastic packaging. (Their chubby balms are fantastic, though.) Stila’s artwork seems dated, like it would have been really cool in 2005 but is now that one girl who was really popular in high school but hasn’t really moved on with her life or done anything of note since. And Estée Lauder just makes me think of grandmothers (not in a great way, although there are many elegant and gorgeous and awesome grandmothers out there!).
Beauty brand you wish would return: n/a–I’d rather have current brands re-release popular LE items. 🙂 I’d love to get some of MAC’s past LE’s without resorting to scalpers.
NW20ish
Always visit Nars, Guerlain, Burberry
Brand that needs a makeover, MAC. Too many releases, needs less quantity, more quality.
Brand I wish would come back, Ultima II’s division designed by Kevin Aucoin. Had the best concealer I ever used, and great neutrals.

Beauty brand you always visit in a store? MAC and in Sephora I always search for Kat Von D.
Beauty brand that needs a makeover? NARS. That rubbery packaging that hold fingerprints and become dirty 1 day after you used pisses me off! Those lip liners that we have to sharpen is a throwback. Your readers can sue me, but the packaging is KINDA BORING too!
Beauty brand you wish would come back? Here in Brazil it’s more about which brands you wish would come – hahaha
Your skin tone/coloring: light/medium “Mediterranean” (hard to find good matches!)
