Favorite cream blush formula? MUFE HD Cream Blush — a thicker consistency than most, but they blend out flawlessly with a stippling brush and give the cheeks a gorgeous glow
Favorite cheek stain formula? Hourglass Aura Sheer Cheek Stain — the applicator is perfection and so is the level of pigmentation and how easily it absorbs into my skin
Favorite powder blush formula? Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hr Blush — I like that they are not SO buttery and pigmented that I have to be extra careful during application, plus, they last really well

Favorite cream blush formula?
I haven’t tried much of them. But I do love Laura Mercier Bonnie palette’s formula. Also Becca’s Beach Tint Shimmer Souffle (Fig) feels just about right to me. I like my makeup to look airy and blended and that also adds some room for mistakes.

Favorite cheek stain formula?
I don’t prefer this formula coz I don’t do well with the blending-with- finger part. The only one I have is Benefit’s cheek tint in Benetint.(And in trial size). But recently I find it fairly long lasting on me especially in some extremely hot and humid days. Maybe I should start looking for more of this formula?

Favorite powder blush formula?
Oh yeah it’s gonna be a hard choice. Honestly that’s one of the only two things I don’t skimp on. (the other being foundation/pressed powder). Tarte 12-hour Amazonian Clay Blush is my NO.1 all-time favorite, among which, Glisten works the best for me. Even though during the last time I moved, it broke into several pieces due to lack of protection, but still, I can pick up enough pigment from a big half-pan piece to use. So it’s still there in my everyday collection. NARS Mistinguette and Goulue are listed as my traveling gear coz they are packed in the One Night Stand Blush Palette with other highlights and bronzes.

Skin Tone: Very Pale, Cool Toned

Favorite Cream Blush: I don’t own any so far, been a little afraid of creams! But I think I may try some soon. Illumasqua’s “Dixie” looks absolutely stunning.

Favorite Cheek Stain: Another one I don’t have any of! Afraid of these ones because they usually seem far too pigmented for my pale skin.

Favorite Powder Blush: I really like the formula for Tarina Tarantino’s blushes, especially the color “Parasol”. NYX’s regular blushes are also very lovely.

NW20-25
Chanel Cream Blush all others sink into dry patches and emphasize imperfections
Not a fan of cheek stain for same reasons
Although not the best staying power I like Mac mineralize blushes and Hourglass ambient lighting blush

Favorite cream blush formula?
Maybelline Master Glaze Blush Stick! I haven’t tried too many cream blushes but this formula is pigmented enough, but not too much, the texture is thin so you can blend it well but it doesn’t blend away to nothingness!

Favorite cheek stain formula?
The Balm Instain Blush! A strange powder blush that stains your cheeks! Beautiful pigmentation on this too.

The only traditional cheek stain I’ve tried is Benefit’s Lollitint. I love the color but the liquid formula is hard because i dot it on my face but it dries so fast I have dots stained on my cheeks! D:

Favorite powder blush formula?
MAC blushes are nicely pigmented and wear all day
The Balm has nice blushes, both the Instain blushes and the Boy blushes. Both are nicely pigmented and very soft and creamy to the touch.
Tarte’s Amazonian Clay Blushes wear a very long time and have a nice middle of the road pigmentation

illamasqua is the best formula. so smooth and buttery. blends like a dream and doesnt emphasize pores. and lasts all day.

on a side note i really dont get why people like tarte blushes. they develop this hard film on top when u use it. its even on the store testers and the sephora staff have said it does that. its so over-rated in my opinion. i bought 2 and both of mine did that and so did a couple of friends of mine. my skin isnt even very oily and i santize my brushes regularly.

■Favorite cheek stain formula? I don’t use cheeks stains.
■Favorite powder blush formula? Probably theBalm. I wish they had more colors! Runner up would be NARS.

Your skin tone/coloring: I have a pretty good tan going despite my SPF 60 efforts this summer, light-medium with yellow undertones
Favorite cream blush formula? Stila Convertible Colour or Illamasqua Velvet blusher… Or Chanel. OR MUFE… Can’t forget about YSL. Ugh the choices. Considering I have oily skin I love a good cream blush year-round!
Favorite cheek stain formula? Not generally a fan of cheek stains, but the ones I’ve had the easiest experience with are those newly released from Tarte.
Favorite powder blush formula? MAC, particularly their satin finishes. And Benefit box o’ powders – those things are amazing – Dallas is an all-time fave, Coralista is gorgeous, and Rockateur too! I should de-pot and just make an amazing lil palette!

Skin tone is light medium. Nars Fiji, NW20
Fav Cream Blush formula is MUFE HD Cream Blush

Favorite cream blush formula? the only one I’ve used in years is Sephora’s Double Contouring blush so I guess maybe it has to be my favourite, by default. I wanted to try the ones from Clarins but didn’t like the texture of the counter testers enough to buy the product
Favorite cheek stain formula? I don’t think I own such a thing (except for a mini size of a Benefit one that is so ORANGE I’d never wear it)
Favorite powder blush formula? Tarte Amazonian Clay followed by MAC Mineralized blush.

Your skin tone/coloring: Really pale, MAC NC15
Favorite cream blush formula? I only have two cream blushes, a MAC one and a Sleek one. I like the Sleek one better.
Favorite cheek stain formula? Never tried any.
Favorite powder blush formula? I’ve tried blushes from MAC, Guerlain, Sleek (so pigmented!!!), Rimmel, L’Oreal and really like them all, but my favorite formula is from Dior (DiorBlush in Vintage Pink).

Favorite cream blush formula? YSL Creme de Blush

Favorite cheek stain formula? I don’t think I’ve ever tried one. I might have tried Benetint at one time, but found it too hard to use.

Favorite powder blush formula? NARS and Lancome are old favorites. Also love Rouge Bunny Rouge. I also like the packaging and fragrances of Benefit’s boxed powders, but most are too glittery for me.

Your skin tone/coloring: Light, warm toned

Favorite cream blush formula? YSL Crème de Blush hands down. And I have a lot of cream blushes.

Favorite cheek stain formula? I have all colors of theBalm Stainiac and it’s fine, but I’m not a big fan of cheek stains in general

Favorite powder blush formula? I can’t think of anything that really stands out, Tarte Amazonian Clay, Nars (depending on the shade), Bobbi Brown, Sleek are all pretty good. I also have a Guerlain LE from a few years ago that’s great but I don’t know if their permanent range is similar.

MAC NC50
1. MUFE HD – I love the texture and ability build
2. I haven’t tried stains
3. NARS – staying power and beautiful shades. I love the shimmer shades, as they look great on women of color. TAOS is a universal flattering shade.

■Your skin tone/coloring: NC25/NARS Punjab MUFE 127
■Favorite cream blush formula? Bobbi Brown’s Pot Rouge. They’re so pigmented and they’re the only cream blushes that really sink into my skin!
■Favorite cheek stain formula? I’ve only ever tried TheBalm’s Stainiac, but I love it! It’s the perfect flush of red.
■Favorite powder blush formula? Either MAC’s Extra Dimension blushes or NARS blush. I might say I don’t like them much, but the dents in the pans do not lie!
