Tarte Amazonian Clay Matte Eyeshadow Palette (As a matte eyeshadow lover, it’s a perfect palette for me to take on vacation, with shades that cover both day and night looks, all in a sturdy and pretty mirrored compact.)

It’s been a couple weeks or so since I bought this, but it’s the latest cheek product I’ve tried: Clinique Blushing Blush Powder in Cupid (I really wish Clinique could have come up with a better name than the silly “Blushing Blush.” That sounds like something Cover Girl would name a product.)

Kat von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Bow N Arrow (I’ve been back and forth about buying this shade because I wasn’t sure if it would look good on me, but I finally took the chance and I absolutely love it.)
Skin tone/coloring: Medium olive, dark brown hair and eyes
Best new eye product: Sample of Smashbox Photo Matte eyeshadow that I got from Ulta with an order. It is a little duo of peach and brown and it blends BEAUTIFULLY! Really nice texture.
Best cheek product: Colour Pop.
Best lippie: Revlon Colorstay Overtime lip color. Probably been around forever but I picked it up for a wedding I was in and found out it is bulletproof AND doesn’t dry my lips. It is true love!

New eye product : Bare Minerals tapered crease brush I foubd at a Bare Beauty Outlet and NYX Rustic Antique Eyeshadow Palette. Holy crap pigmented and blendable. I’d love to say the Loreal Lash Paradise mascara but my daughter ran off w it and haven’t had the chance to try. I’ll have to pick up another one for me:)
New cheek : I don’t have any new blush or highlight products so I’ll just go w face products. For me I’m loving the Essence Instant Matt Setting Spray. Really impressed and no nasty alcohol. Also loving my Smashbox Bronze Lights Suntan Matte Bronzer which is new to me as I picked it up at the CCO! Also love the MAC Fruity Juicy Pearlmatte Face Powder in Oh My Passion I just found there too 🙂
New lip: MAC Jubilee. Creamy formula. Perfect nude!

I just bought Twig for the first time. It’s lovely. I have tried and elf highlighters but may just try!!

Twig is a lovely shade. And as far as the ELF highlighter, I always have to rub off the first layer when they are brand new. It’s nothing but glitter. But underneath, it’s gorgeous!
Oh I just love Twig. One of my favorite MAC lipsticks.

Skin tone: Very pale with cool undertones, NW 5-10.
Best new eye product tried: The new release from Nabla Cosmetics, Freedomination Collection. In particular I love the colors Mystic, Freestyler and Eresia.
Best new cheek product: Nothing new here. Still loving the Ciate Glow Blushes but did pic up a new color, Date Night.
Best new lip product: I am loving the formula of the NYX Pin-Up Pout and the Diva Crime Lipsticks from Nabla.

Best new eye product you’ve tried?: Essence Lash Princess Volumizing Mascara! I have naturally long lashes so when I put this mascara on…WOW. Only $3! Worth it.
Best new cheek product you’ve tried?: Flower Beauty Strobe palette. Oh. My. HIGHLIGHT!! $12 at Walmart and online. You will thank me later.
Best new lip product you’ve tried?: Ulta lip glosses – so so beautiful and doesn’t smudge!

~nw 20, lightly tanned, prob red undertones. Eye: well, Christine will not be surprised. Viseart Paris Nudes! They blend themselves. What an easy palette. Subtle. Not too much shimmer. The variety of shades all complement each other wonderfully. Can’t believe I wasn’t taken with it at first, with the review. Got the base neutral matte palette as well. Not quite neutral, but easy to use and pull out for crease/transition. Forwent dark mattes, when I realized that it’s pretty highly duped in stash. Viseart is well worth the price, esp w/ the Muse special. Cheek: well, kept Antonym Rose blush. The one that was chipped a tad, basically to no effect. Have to confess that even the Antonym foundation is ok. It looked reeeeal light @ S and looks totally different in my l.r. (Dark and muddy.) Must be the light amber glass around the bulbs in the ceiling fan. Lip: added Miami Vice a couple of weeks ago to those ROTS color splashes. Like that formula better than the abh matte, but no issues w/abh, either.

Best new lip product you’ve tried?: MAC’s Matte Lipstick Formula!! I’v only ever owned their satin lipstick formula. But I’m digging the matte!!
I forgot about the Tarte Make Believe in Yourself Palette! It is so fun, so easy, and I reach for it every time I’m in a hurry!

Hmmm, nothing new lately but I am most in love these days with Chanel’s Garden Eclatants, Tom Ford Nude Dip, and KVD Shade & Light (it seems I enjoy mattes more in the summer).

No doubt, Chanel blush in Golden Sun. A-dore. I often add a little coral-ly atop, but this has been move go to love all summer.

Got nuthin’ here. Resurrected my LM La Dolce du Leche and that’s been fun for a summer nude.

Best new eye product you’ve tried? Colourpop’s Femme Rosa eyeshadow palette – love these rosy mauve shades!
Best new cheek product you’ve tried? LA Girl Just Blushing range – super pigmented, finely milled, decent packaging and affordable.
Best new lip product you’ve tried? Lanolips Lemon-Aid.
Skin tone/coloring: Medium, neutral to yellow undertones, blue eyes, chocolate brown hair
Best new eye product I’ve tried? I’ve only tried one recently—Lancome’s Monsieur Big mascara, and it is not the best. It delivers nice volume but is not the blackest mascara I have used and it does require curling. I don’t like it as much as the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl.
Best new cheek product I’ve tried? I haven’t tried any new cheek products lately.
Best new lip product I’ve tried? YvesSaintLaurent Vernis a Levres Glossy Stain. I have been using a DS of several colors from Sephora and I like them all. It is not sticky and two coats give fairly opaque coverage, enough so that I can slightly overline the spots where my lips are uneven. It does not sink into my liplines. I have not paid a lot of attention to the wear time, however. I expect to buy a full size fairly soon.

Best new eye product: Not eye specific but I am loving Make Up Forever’s Star Lit Powder in 13 Ivory to apply in center of lid after I’ve completed my eye look to add a little pizazz!
Best new cheek product: My two most recent cheek purchases were Artist Couture’s Coco Bling highlighting powder and UD’s JeanMichel Basquait Gallery Blush palette. Both are excellent
Best new lip products: I have been enjoying Estee Lauder’s Pure Color Envy Lipsticks and Double Wear Lip Liners. I have been purchasing the Dior Addict Lacquer Sticks as well.

Best new eye product you’ve tried? Does a brow product count? I recently got the NYX Microbrow in Ash Brown, when I normally wear Taupe. I love the shade– I think it looks much more natural.
Best new cheek product you’ve tried? I’m still obsessed with the NARS liquid blush in Orgasm. But I also recently started using the Catrice Prime and Fine contour duo in Ashy Radiance. The contour is so natural looking!
Best new lip product you’ve tried? I have tried anything new in a while but I used my UD lip pencil in Naked again for the first time in a while and thought the longevity was pretty good for a night out.
Your skin tone/coloring: Light-to-medium with periodic flushing
Best new eye product you’ve tried? I’m loving the combination of Chanel Melody Illusion D’Ombre Velvet with Chanel Desert Rouge and Flesh powder eyeshadows. Add in the natural blending that comes with hooded eyelids and it’s gorgeous!
Best new cheek product you’ve tried? Tom Ford Paradiso cream blush
Best new lip product you’ve tried? Chanel Rouge Coco Stylo in Friction.
Another best new eye product: a sample size of UD *anti-age* primer. It smoothes over the eyelids wrinkles like they are not there at all. HG product!!
That’s interesting, Tracey E. I’ve been using regular UD Primer Potion for years and I’ve wondered if the anti-age version might be better for my eyes, which are just starting to turn a little crepey. I might have to try it next time I’m ready to buy primer.
And I’m going to look up the eyeshadows you listed, too, as I’m another hooded eye person.

Best new eye product you’ve tried? To me – these are my best eye shadow formulas: Lorac’s Pro Metal Palette shades, Naked 1 and Dior’s Bonne Etoile. Oldies but goodies.

Best new lip product you’ve tried? Besame’s lipsticks – I am going to have to get some more of these as I love the creamy formula.

Best new eye product you’ve tried? Nyx Lid Lingerie Matte Eye Tint. I was pleasantly surprised by these; they are pigmented, blend well, & are easy to work with. Not a huge selection of colors (I hope they expand), but some great ones for transition & crease.
Best new cheek product you’ve tried? ABH blush trio in Pool Party. A nice selection of colors & good for travel!
Best new lip product you’ve tried? L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte liquid lip (not the gloss). These are amazing! Great pigment & extremely long lasting, also one of the more comfortable formulas I’ve tried.

Best new cheek product you’ve tried? I just tried sample of Tarte Park Avenue Princess bronzer and can’t believe I haven’t tried it sooner. It’s perfect for us fair skinned beauties.
Best new lip product you’ve tried? None! I’m going strong on my no new lipstick rule, almost 3 months.

Best new eye product you’ve tried? I just gbought a Catrice eye pencil that’s supposed to stay on the waterline. It seems to be doing the trick!
Best new cheek product you’ve tried? I just got on the Hourglass bandwagon & bought Mood Exposure. Yes, it is the perfect glowy, beige-y mauve that goes with everything!
Best new lip product you’ve tried? I picked up a Rimmel Lasting Finish Colour Rush Lip Balm in shade 200 Keep Mauving that I really like. It is lightly moisturizing, long lasting (3-4 hrs), easy to apply (crayon form), has a mild chocolate flavor, & fades to a nice pinkish stain. My only complaint is that the color isn’t what I’d call mauve (it’s more of a pinky red) & doesn’t look like the color of the tube once applied.

Best new lip product you’ve tried? MAC Viva Glam V. It’s super pretty with any look but also forgiving so I can throw it on real quick with no liner or precision in application.

Best new lip product you’ve tried? It’s been a while since I’ve tried a new formula, but I’ve been living for the Lancome Matte Shakers given the heat of the summer. Soooo lightweight! Though I want to check out the NARS Powermatte ones soon.

Best new cheek product you’ve tried? Definitely MAC ED blush in Telling Glow. The color looks intimidating in the pan, but very nice and natural on the cheeks.
Best new lip product you’ve tried? I’m having fun with UD Vice Special Effects Lip Topcoat in 3rd Degree. You definitely should try this range, they are nice addition to diversify your lipstick game. IMHO, of course.

Best new eye product you’ve tried? The new Marc Jacobs eyeshadow palettes are really nice. I got Edgitorial, and the green in it is really nice. I don’t regret returning Subculture palette for it.
Best new cheek product you’ve tried? Not new in the market, but new for me. I love Sephora bronzers. Los Cabos is my favorite. I use Tranquil for contour.
Best new lip product you’ve tried? I tried YSL glossy stain in 407 a few days ago, and it is SO NICE. Feels very hydrating, looks very healthy and glossy. You can’t beat it.

Best new cheek product you’ve tried? Dior Amber Diamond highlight powder. This product is actually discontinued but I’ve had it in my collection for a while and was thinking of passing it on but decided to give it a go amd I’m so glad I did, no wonder why it had such a cult following!!

Best new lip product you’ve tried? BiTE liquid lipsticks are my favorites right now as well as NARS liquid lips too. They are both so dangon comfy to wear and I actually picked up another NARS because while they can be streaky, they can be layered without a problem or no heavy feeling nor drying. I LOVE THEM
