Dear Stila: Why no green?
Sincerely,
-AJ
Right? Despite Pantone says, green is really the hot color right now.
Interesting! I really like Stila’s Shimmer & Glow eye shadows, although the Glitter & Glow ones are too glittery for me. Looking forward to swatches of these new ones eventually. Btw, wonder how their “Little White Lies” collection is doing after the initial PR faux pas? I believe those are online only at Ulta for now (??) and will be in stores 12/26, so I’d like to see in-person swatches of those, too. Thanks for the news!
Yes AJ – I agree – why no green? I love green and these look very interesting.
I guess I’m having a hard time picturing what these actually do.
Oh I am really excited for this especially since they started bringing these releases to the Philippines as well. I cannot wait to see swatches
The first one in the second row looks to be a greenish colour sometimes it’s hard to see the true colour of products based off the screen you are viewing it on.
Well, it’s nice that there are no badly photoshopped swatches this time. But these promo images are indeed mysterious.
…Nevermind, Sephora has eye swatches!! I still need to see them in person.
Face…”gloss”? That doesn’t exactly give me a sense of something I’d want to wear, lol!
And the liquid eyeshadow description via Stila made me think of some bizarre candy that my kids loved back in the 90’s called Airheads in the Mystery Flavor!
‘Sephora exclusive’. Now that Sephora no longer ships to the UK. Great.
I’m very intrigued. I may order one now; I’m looking at the first shade in the second row, which looks like a really pretty teal shade 🙂
Spellbound (that gorgeous violet) looks lovely and perhaps the lighter violet Enigmatic. Mystic may be okay but it looks sort of one dimensional on my screen.
Although my issue with liquid shadow is that sometimes it just doesn’t blend well at the edges (or allow for a powder transitional shade to do so) so I end up having a line of demarcation.
