Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Oh wow, I really love those Crushed Shine Jelly Sticks! They appear very nourishing and soothing. Something my lips are absolutely craving right about now. They are presently very sore and somewhat chapped and ragged.
I’m also loving the looks of both Cocoa and Rich Cocoa Crushed Lipsticks, but I’m betting that I already have similar shades in MAC Among The Fireflies, PML Lavish, and something else on the tip of my tongue, but I can’t remember its name!

Bobbi Brown was the first department store brand I indulged in as a 20 -something. And I indulged in every seasonal BB collection for years. But since she left her brand in 2016, I have found the brand’s offerings boring and disappointing.
I am very anxious to try products from Bobbi’s new line, Jones Road. (my order is in the mail!!)

While I’m not a fan of the Crushed Lip Color lipstick formula, I do like the Crushed Oil glosses. I’ve seen the Jelly Sticks built up to some opaqueness. I hope it’s the kind of product that I can swipe on back and forth a few times without a mirror to give the lips some hydration and colour without requiring the precision of a lipstick or the goopy texture of a lip balm.

I’m sorry, I just have to leave a comment on this one because I am SO CONFUSED… the first few lipsticks (the Crushed Lip Colour range) they all have skin toned names, Buff, Cocoa, Rich Cocoa, and Blush, all ostensibly human skin colors. But then there’s Blue Raspberry?? Like, #1, Bobbi, that’s not even what that color looks like and #2, WHAT? Like is this for people with oxygen problems? A new Mortuary makeup line? Living humans don’t usually… I only point it out because the other colors were SO HUMAN COLOR… why suddenly “Blue Raspberry”? I… literally laughed way too hard at this.
