Soap & Glory Earns Victory In My Beauty Space

Soap & Glory is my new favorite budget bath & body line. In my shower product post, I told you how I adore their Flake Away Body Polish. It’s an awesome salt-based scrub that works wonders on your skin, gently exfoliating and sloughing off all of the dead skin cells. I also tried their Righteous Body Butter Lotion, which has the same scent as their Flake Away scrub. I often will apply this rich body lotion after my shower, because it’s quite moisturizing, and it reinforces the scent and smell of the scrub. I actually got my boyfriend to use this on his rough spots (elbows, mostly), who would have thought? I like the products I’ve tried from the brand, and I hope to try out more in the future. I know many of you expressed an interest in more drugstore reviews/coverage, so consider this in that direction 🙂

Soap & Glory is available exclusively at Target. In-store may offer more product selection than online, FYI!

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

i have a stupid question….i know you said the Flake Away Body Polish is salt based but does it also have oil. the reason i ask is cuz my bf hates when i use oily scrubs when i shower cause he ends up slipping all of the place. Thanks!

I’ve used a few of the Soap & Glory products and they are awesome. I love the retro packaging and everything smells and works great. It is really worth the money too!

I just bought and tried the sexy mother pucker lipgloss and it burns so bad!!! The color was great, and I can usually handle some burn from lip plumpers…but this was torture!! I had to rub it off after 5 minutes. So if you can handle the burn…go for it!! I also bought their hand lotion and a starter size of the body wash…I have yet to use it so we’ll see!! 🙂

You should try the plump potion from physicians formula, you can feel it working, but there really isn’t a burn…it’s totally tolerable and plumps them up great!!! I already have one in the color spice potion, and last night I just bought cranberry potion and nude potion!! I love them, they are about $6-8 depending on where you buy them. I bought mine at target for $7 I think. Definately worth the shot!! 🙂 hehe no pun intended!

Ohh I absolutely LOVE the “Soap & Glory” brand, everytime I’m in the UK I bring home a ton of it, although I’ve just found out that we’re going to be stocking it at the KIT cosmetics counter from now on, so I’m stoked!! 🙂 My fave products so far are “The Righteous Body Butter” (I’ve tried their lotion and actually have 2 back up bottles sitting in my cupboard but I found that they go off to quickly, I don’t think the butter goes off as quick though!!) and the “Flake Away” scrub!!

Another bonus of these products is if you’re like me and you love the Chritian Dior “Miss Dior Cherie” perfume, then these two body products complement the fragrance perfectly cos they smell EXACTLY like the Miss Dior Cherie, so it makes for a perfect dupe to the high end Miss Dior body products/lotion!! 🙂 Do you think it’s a good dupe, Christine? Everyone I tell this to ends up saying OOOOMG it soo does smell like it….they don’t argue with me cos I have the nose of a bloodhound!! he he ;p
