I’m glad that they’ve finally come out with solo blushes, but the texture looks like it leaves something to be desired 🙁
It’s definitely been a hole in their range for awhile! I know they put out the Naked Flushed palettes, but that’s not quite the same as a blush formula!
Wow these are so pretty! I love the range of colours, but they look kinda powdery. I look forward to your review, and thanks for getting the swatches up so quickly!
No prob, Sheila!
These all seem very dupable (NARS seems to have the exact same shades). But I’m excited to see how they wear.
Bittersweet seems more unique to me!
I have a Lavender blush by Makeup Forever that is sort of similar, though I think it’s slightly more cool toned.
OMG I am excited!!!
Yay!
Oh my goodness, I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on these, Christine! I have my eye on a couple of shades 😀
Which shades, Aditi?
OMG, thèse don’t thrill me in the swatches, but they look amazing applied. That blending is ON POINT.
Thanks, Lisa!
Some of these shades are amazing, they really do just give the most beautiful flush to the cheeks
Which shades do you like the most?
Well that’s not fair, they’re all beautiful! Rapture might be my favorite from the swatches although I’m more drawn to the bright pinks and purple! Gorgeous.
Glad a few caught your eye! 🙂
That deep purple is a fun shade
It was one of the more unusual shades!
I need Bittersweet, Rapture and Bang!
Woohoo!
Nooooooooo I just started a no-buy!
No! Must. Resist!
You can resist!!
These look awesome and I had no idea they were coming. What a nice surprise to wake up to on an Easter morning!
So much stuff!
Quite a nice mix of neutrals and brights! I liked Fetish, Crush and Score. I really like how Rapture looks on you – its a color that looks a bit dull in the pan but so luminous and pretty on the cheeks!
Thank you, Ankita!
These swatches look great! Can’t wait to read your full reviews 😀
🙂
They are gorgeous, capture is my favourite!
Yay!
Fetish looks nice. As for Quiver and Bang! Bold but beautiful 🙂
They are some bold shades!
A lot of these look dry and powdery, but I like the colour range. Rapture in particular looks so unique as a blush.
Rapture is interesting!
Wow, see and I thought it was a blush palette, lol. Got a bit disappointed after finding out it wasn’t. But they look beautiful and promising!
Awwww! Maybe by putting that idea out into the ether, we’ll see one come holiday!
Every single one of these looks stunning on you, Christine. You seem able to wear warm and cool tones equally well. I really like the look of Rapture – it’s a bit different for me and not like a shade I would usually buy but I think I just might spring for this one. I also really like Obsessed, Quickie and Afterglow but those are more like shades I already own (in quantity!) so don’t really need them (or so I tell myself!) but I really want to check out Rapture.
Ooops, I mean “Crush”, not “Afterglow” (I guess they’re all “afterglow”).
Thanks, Mariella! I think it helped here that I did the warm blushes with the warmer gloss, then cooler blushes with the cooler gloss!
OOOOH Quiver looks amazing!!!! I hope my NW20 complexion can pull it off.
Fingers crossed for ya!
I like Fetish, Rapture and Video..the plums and a neutral nude. No surprise there. Rapture is especially pretty with the shimmer
You and plums? No way! 😉
Wow! I would love to check these out. I loved Lounge, Paranoid, X, and Fetish. Ran out of most of my backups and moved on to NARS. I can’t wait to see these in person. I loved them, but I didn’t like the newest versions with a highlighter and bronzer. I wish they would bring back the old Baked Bronzers, they were lovely!
I wonder why they ditched baked products!
I think it was because of the whole Naked introduction. The Baked bronzers were really my favorites, and I liked all three. The matte bronzer never looked muddy on me, but other brands do.
Bang bang! Adding to my list!
Yay!
oh nice colors .. love all them.
Awesome! 🙂
Ooh very pretty.and I love the packaging. I’m loving Bittersweet and Quiver.
It is cool to see a brand come out with very distinct packaging!
I’m not really in love with any of these unfortunately
Maybe next time!
I am LOVING the purple blush trend that’s going down this season!! I got Rain from ColourPop yesterday and LOVE it!! Bittersweet looks SO beautiful!! Thanks for the swatches, Christine! I can’t wait to hear the formal word on how they perform for you!!
My pleasure! xo
That’s so funny! I remember you talking about how you wanted Urban Decay to come out with blushes or was it TF?) and now they did! They probably listened to you 🙂 If I get the chance, I will swatch Rapture, Bittersweet and Fetish for sure!!
I did! Although, I wanted the formula to be more like their best eyeshadows (read: denser, more buttery), but it’s still good to see them put out a real blush range.
The only one I love here is Rapture! The other ones don’t seem like they’ll last 8 hours based on the swatches though…
We shall see!
Wow! Can’t wait to try these. Bittersweet looks beautiful. Love your swatches. Thanks
No prob, Kristen!
OMG Rapture looks beautiful, kind of like NARS Sin with less shimmer
I could see that!
Christine, can you tell us in your review, how the formula stacks up to the Clinique cheek pops? Trying to only buy a couple of things from the upcoming VIB sale!!
They have a really, really different texture – I don’t think the formulas are comparable, just because they have a different feel and finish, though I’m sure some colors overlap!
I can’t wait to get my hands on that purple blush! Not enough companies come out with purple blushes, so I buy pretty much every one I see!
I feel like this year, we are seeing a lot more purple blush!
I want Bittersweet and a few more, been looking around for a purple blush that’s wearable. Hope it reviews well! So glad they came out with some matte options and the shimmery ones aren’t glitter bombs.
Definitely no true glitter bombs here!
Oh my gosh, SO excited. Looking forward to Quiver! It’s just so bright!
Fun 😀
I’m glad to see Score back, but that texture…..
We shall see how it applies/wears!
I never buy individual blushes, though it seems that I may need Bittersweet in my stash!
It’s one of the more unique blushes, at least!
Bitter Sweet is the one that caught my eye, can’t wait to try it! I’ve been searching for a nice purple blush on to compliment my yellow skin tone for awhile, Marc Jacob has one but the formula is not that interesting to me so I hope this one will be the one I am searching for. Thanks for your great swatches 🙂
Fingers crossed this is the one you’ve wanted! 🙂
Rapture is GORGEOUS and so unique. I want it.
It’s pretty!
I’ve been wanting a blush like Bittersweet for awhile! Soooo gorgeous! Bittersweet, Rapture, and Quiver will be mineeee come the 15th!
Yayyyyy!
Are you wearing a different blush on each cheek? That’s so smart for swatches haha
Yes! It’s the only way to save my cheeks from totally turning into dragon scales, haha!
I love the glow on Rapture and Score.
Yay!
Wow! I need Bittersweet and Rapture in my life. I’m so happy to see UD come out with blushes, including some non-traditional colors.
It is great to see!
So far, Rapture and Crush have my attention….but I will sit tight and wait on your reviews of these before I commit to any of these. Like others have noted, there seems to be a powdery-ness with these in the arm swatches, although applied on your cheek they appear lovely.
We’ll definitely see 😀
Fetish, afterglow and quickie!! why oh why do I have such a blush obsession?
When you find out, maybe you can tell me why I do!
There are a couple that run too cool for me, and some of the pinks are quite similar, but I’m going to want most of these. An actual purple! And a red! And Bang! Yay!
!Purple!
I really love the way Obsessed is looking. I’m curious about how Rapture would look on my VERY pink undertones and wondering if I could apply Bittersweet with a light enough hand for my fair skin. Looks like I’m going to be visiting Sephora in the near future! All of these blushes look so great on you. You can make almost everything work with your skin tone and I am envious!
I think you can definitely get away with Bittersweet – it isn’t super pigmented!
Score is a pretty blush. Love your eye look Christine.
Thanks, Genevieve 😀
I need Crush, it looks beautiful!
It’s very summery!
Most of the shades look dupable but I love that packaging. Looking forward to full reviews. Might have to pick one up!
I bet there are a lot of dupes!
I just recently became obsessed with UD and this summer line is looking amazing!! I want all of these! The swatches look great, thanks for sharing!
You’ll have fun with these!
I thought it was a blush palette and got excited lol
Aww!
I think these look gorgeous anyway. And I really like the gunmetal packaging.
Glad ya liked ’em!
Bittersweet, Bang and Quiver… I think I need these!
Fun picks!
Your swatches are lovely and I am very excited to see these in stores.
One thing I keep getting hung up on though is that the Afterglow blush line isn’t new…this is a relaunch. UD had a line of individual blushes called Afterglow just a couple years ago (I’ve been rationing Quickie every since it was discontinued so I’m SO GLAD it’s coming back)
Either way though, this is good news! Thanks for sharing!
Urban Decay is introducing it as a new formula, from what I could tell from the press release 🙂
If I own fetish and quickie from the Anarchy Face Case, would you say that I wouldn’t need to purchase the afterglow blushes with the same names? Are there differences?
The formulas feel a bit different to me, and I know that Quickie isn’t quite the same.
I’m definitely getting Rapture
Yayy!
