The MAC ColourRocker Collection launches January 26th online and features 28 shades of lipstick. I am missing Instant to the Madness, which is en route to me so I’ll add that shortly, but here are the 27 shades I do have:

Deep With Envy is the green we deserve AND need.
Yessss! Thank you, Christine, for getting these swatches up so fast! I can’t wait to try several of them on once they hit stores. I may get impatient and end up ordering online instead, though. lol
First word that comes to mind is: YIKES
I feel like MAC is always late to a trend. This collection seems boring and kind of behind the times now as we are well in the bold phase of lipsticks. I don’t think MAC has good lasting power in general or good opacity and these prove that too be true.
It’s like pinks and reds are almost always pigmented in majority makeup lipsticks (unless it’s noted as sheer) but the other colors just fall down hill.
Deep with Envy does look like a green I’d like to have. It stands out. As for Mean Green Machine, what on earth were they thinking. It looks poop-ish and almost dirty as if someone mixed lip colors together to get a good color and accidently came up with this one.

I so agree. These are all colors that have been available from Kat von D, Colour Pop, and Bite (Deep With Envy reminds me of Bite Kale, but lighter), as well as other brands.
Came here to say this. I’m also seeing a lot of colors that Jeffree Star has done for a while. Maybe this will give some people more options, if they don’t like his line?
These swatches are very tell-tale of what the upcoming collection will bring as far as coverage/performance. I can never understand why MAC always seems to do this: they put so much work into their neutral/red/berry shades, but then the more unique shades seem to fall by the wayside. I’m hoping this wont be the case with KVD’s upcoming new shades of Everlasting Liquid Lip. We deserve a well-performing blue and green! At least Blue Bang and Night Mint appear to be pretty decent. I’m gonna say my favorite shade from this lineup is Uncontrollable. That is giving me very beautiful pastel coral vibes. It reminds me of Clementine from the Pastel Goth palette!
Wow. I’m impressed by most of this line, but especially that yellow. Yellow lipstick is damn hard to formulate, and they managed to get it decently smooth and opaque.
I cannot wait to see the dupe list for Uncontrollable! <3
Come on MAC, NYX does a better job with their bold lipstick formulas.
Right? Like, for example, the NYX Macaron Lippies are better in opacity. But they are very creamy and thus pretty darn slippery, so you have to be careful with them or they’ll end up all over your face, haha. Most of these look like they have a lot less slip.
These are cool to look at in the tubes but……

Awwwww the Yellow look really… bad. It’s give me the impression that this color is not really suitable for a Lipstick.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy any of the shades but I think Uncontrollable and Mud Wrestler would be something I would pick up!
Flatter Me Fierce looks so much like another one they released last summer…..darn, darn the name escapes me! But I have it in my collection….Side-by-side swatches would show if they’re close or not!
It looks like MAC Dew (the other periwinkle) but this one is a bit different.

This is impressive compared to the sheer bolds they released with the Bangin’ Brilliant collection.The one color that stands out as pretty terrible in the lip swatches is Yellow You Dare!So bad!!Yellow is so tricky to wear to begin with I feel like they really should have just went there and made it bold and opaque.I like all the nude to brown/grey tones ones.Deep with Envy is beautiful!
These are some fun shades for spring, even if most wouldn’t exactly flatter me…or many others!
Yet still, I am eyeing BunnyBeams (just gotta!) as well as Show And Teal and Deep With Envy. Deep With Envy has enough cooler tones in it that it looks more teal-green, instead of straight up forest green.
Not sure about the quality on some of these, but I like the offbeat colors! Something different
Rouge Carmine and In The Spirit are my faves. These have more dimension than I expected so I’m pleasantly surprised.
Dude… c’mon MAC you need to give us better unique color lipsticks than this!!! The finish looks dry and patchy and unflattering on most of them. Le sigh. I’ll definitely still grab a few (that teal and some of those blues and the gray purple) but I wish they were better already.

Not horrible, but nowhere near as good as I’d hoped. Night Mint is intriguing enough that I might snag it, though. You don’t see too many grayed green lipsticks.
I like Mean Green Machine, too.
Oh my that yellow is so bad… that’s the one I was most excited for because it’s so unusual 🙁 oh well, there are some other interesting colors I might pick up. Thank you so much for swatching Christine!

I want that teal color as a paint for my walls. Like an accent wall. It’s soooo pretty.
Mac 🙁 How could you do this to me? I’ve yet to ever find a yellow lipstick that isn’t streaky. I thought mac could eventually pull some miracle and do it but man, why? They seriously need to work on their pastel colors. For now i’ll be on the indie brand band wagon for bright colors.
It seems to me that some of them apply patchy/uneven. Not going for them. I still have my Instigator/Antique Velvet around as a proof that the dark shades of MAC lippies just don’t wodk with my mouth skin no matter what I do.
