For Black Friday, there are two, Ulta-exclusive LORAC Eyeshadow Palettes ($18.00 each) that will be available. These just arrived yesterday, so I was able to get them photographed and swatched, and I’ll do my best to get them tested and reviewed ASAP! 🙂

Black Tie Affair seems a bit too light for me, and Tails & Top Hats seems iffy? I’ll wait to read your thoughts on them before jumping in.
I like and use a lot of light eyeshadows, but Attire looks like it might have too many light shades to be a useful stand-alone palette. Otherwise these seem pretty, although it looks like some of the mattes aren’t swatching very well.
I got the Black Friday Lorac Amazon exclusive palette last year, I think it was called Pink Champagne, and I was not impressed… So that’s a pass for me, no more mini Lorac palettes. They do look better than Pink Champagne though, especially the seconde, cool-toned one.
Black Tie Attire looks really dull and boring – the packaging and the products. Coming from a dyed in the wool neutrals lover like me, that is really faint praise. I much prefer the other one – Tails and Top Hats – but all the shadows look so much like so many that I already own.
Tails and Top Hats #6 seems to be missing its swatch picture!
That aside, I enjoy seeing your eye looks Christine 🙂 The colour combos on an EOTD definitely makes it easier to decide whether to get an eye palette or not!
It should be fixed!
Oh interesting, as the Ulta flyer/ad showed Tails & Top Coats as an olive green palette, must be a misprint! Glad I saw these swatches
I notice that too! I wish is was olive, soI’m so glad I saw this.
Tails and Top hats looks like a very ME pallet!!! It’s so beautiful!!! oh my gosh!!!
Hmmm – nope. Far, far too many dupable shades.
My thoughts exactly, but I will probably not be able to resist. Las year I got the Romantic Rieslings palette and as basic as the shades are I love it.
I meant Riesling Romance.
This looks very promising!
Are these a different formula than their pro palettes?
You’d have to look at the ingredient list – I don’t remember the order of either offhand!
Hmmm, they seem nice for the price.
