A few misses maybe, but looks like there are some hits here, too! I love that they did glosses instead of liquid lippies, I just think they look so much shinier, smoother, and healthier! Definitely curious about your full reviews.

There’s some interesting colours here … Cuivre Casting, Iron Nude, Molten Magenta, Rouge Magma, Meteoric Violet, Crystallized Cobalt … I’m curious to know whether they get the thumbs up from you, Christine!

Ash Avatar

Aside from Crystallized Cobalt (like did they not test this one? LOL), these are stunning. I’m not usually one for gloss but I really want Rouge Magma, Cuivre Casting and Iron Nude!

Ou! That red is lovely…copper is very nice. Purple is disappointing but might look alright as a topper…

…was that blue product tested before release AT ALL?!

MoMerrell Avatar

So it’s obvious that they could have left that Cobalt blue on the shelf lol but that Orange Ore, Cuirve Casting, Mirrored Nude, and Brushed Gold are pretty nice! Definitely snagging two of those

Jean Avatar

Wow, I must admit I’m disappointed. I somehow thought they’d be opaque, dry setting, in the face textures that’d make the metallic lip trend accessible without ordering from niche shops (at least here in Europe, that’s how it is at the moment). This looks like a regular creamy lipgloss with a few more shimmer particles in.

Glossy and metalised, well, they do seem to do both. Fills a hole in lip looks. Guess I’m in the minority, but these do not appeal to me at all. All the more for those who like them! I think my dislike comes from the look of a lot of seemingly clear gloss floating over a colored metal. Didn’t it used to take 2 products to get this look? Well, that’s a good thing. It’s not often that I have an instant NO to any product. Odd.

Most of these are beautiful!!Ever since I spotted them on Sephora.com I’ve wanted to see swatches. In the Lancôme video they have on the Sephora page with these they look fully opaque on the model’s lips but I know that usually is not the case in real life.I searched Utube this morning and found nothing.Christine you are always the first to have real honest swatches up I love that so much!Thank You.I really love Iron Nude,Meteoric Violet,Cuivre Casting,Mirrored Nude, and Lavender Patina even though I thought the lavender one would swatch more vibrantly.

Magnetic Mauve and Mirrored Nude called my name when I saw them online and they are sitting in my shopping cart, I am going to wait to buy them until use up a few more lip products before I pull the trigger and buy. The one thing that shocks me is I can’t believe they cost $9 more CAD than US. (That would mean exchange would have to be at 1.409 to get that price).

Wow. I love nearly all colours, even the blue one looks so good. Can you please tell me if they have any taste.
Unfortunately I have no lancome lip products. I think I have tried some but did not buy any because of the artificial taste. But I do not know exactely. It could also have been ysl with the awful taste.
Thank you !!!!!!!

Most colors are very pretty (not talking about you cobalt blue, don’t like the looks of purple onyx either) and the formula looks opaque enough to be worthwhile and possibly long lasting, but do I see some settling in lip lines or is it ust my imagination?

LaMaitresse Avatar

Some of the stronger colours look fabulous, with unfortunately the exception of the blue, I mean really, you went to market with that dross? Colour pop for $6.00 puts out a far more pigment product, pretty embarrassing for a billion dollar company. None of the pale colours interest me.

Claire L Avatar

Wow, I love the look of those! I haven’t had much luck with Colourpop’s lip glosses as they turn an odd colour on me for some reason. I might have better luck with those as they look easier to wear.

Katherine T. Avatar

Wow!! Is this Lancome?? Haven’t bought anything from them in probably 20 years. Lots of bold unique colors but also some very pretty wearable ones, nice! And some look really great and others look terrible, but overall, definitely worth checking out. Love the complex pearl shimmer on these

Michelle Avatar

Do they have a smell? Lancome can be off-putting with their smells. Let us know! I do like some of the colors and want to get into glosses more this year!

Tanya Avatar

Wow! What terrible quality! This product looks so streaky, patchy, runny and it doesn’t look good on the lips. How did this product pass quality control?

kwmechelle Avatar

I like the concept of these but I was really hoping they’d be more opaque. I feel kinda…..underwhelmed. Cuivre Casting is the color that I really wanted so I’m glad it’s not as streaky as that awful blue, though I agree with others who said the blue could be used as a topper. If nothing else, I’ve got a gorgeous creamy metallic lippie from the Cover Girl Queen collection & Cuivre Casting would look gorgeous applied over it as a topper. Waiting for your full review before I push the “order” button.

Honestly? I like Crystallized Cobalt, it looks like something over one of my other blue lips or even over purple/pink to make them look amazing! The arm swatch is calling to me, I hope it reviews well!
