Kat Von D Metal Crush Eyeshadows ($21.00 for 0.10 oz.) is available in eleven shades (one shade hasn’t popped up online yet, so I only bought the ten that were available). It’s a new formula, and I’m in the process of testing them this week, but here is a preview! 🙂

OMG!! Almost everyone of these swatches look like A’s to me! Kat Von D might give UD and MUFE a run for my money. I’m eyeing Danzig (purple), Electric Warrior (chartreuse), and Black No 1. Can’t wait for your reviews

I really like a lot of these shades but at this price point they would have to be just as good as makeup forever shades or better for me. Idk

I was hoping Raw Power would be more red, and the others that I like are all similar enough to shades she’s already done, so I’ll most likely be skipping. Well, except for Danzig-I just can’t pass up a good purple, LOL!

I saw these in person yesterday. They are buttery and gorgeous. I bought electric warrior. Seriously considering synergy.. it’s a unique pink/amber. The only one that was off was Black No 1.. the tester in store was extremely sheer.. basically just glitter with no base color.. like a moondust applied dry. Not sure why looking at this swatch which is way more pigmented. I even went back in and really dug into it, same thing.

I bought Danzig and Iggy. Although I haven’t had a chance to try them yet, I’m already thinking of buying more after seeing these swatches! Raw Power looks so gorgeous…

They don’t look very nuanced to me, and with every brand putting out metallics recently, I have to see shades I don’t already have in my stash. I’m still considering the latest metallic/duochrome ones from Makeup Geek, which to my eye *did* look interesting and unlike shadows I own now…

Beautiful picture of the eyeshadows, Christine! Thanks for getting the swatches out so quickly!

I have my eyes on Electric Warrior, Paranoid, Black No. 1, Synergy and Danzig (mostly because in my teen years I listened to a lot of Danzig, lol) I didn’t think they’d be so glittery, I hope they perform well!

I just saw these at my Sephora yesterday (grabbed the Bite Beauty frozen berries lipstick in Barberry). They look as big as the MUFE shadows and the same price point, so hopefully the quality is there. Synergy swatched soooo buttery. I probably wouldn’t go for the brighter colors, and I can probably dupe the others that I’d want. Still a nice collection!

I swatched this formula at Sephora the other day and it’s spectacular! I really hope they come out with more everyday, wearable shades in this formula though! I would buy a bunch! The only one that really appeals to me practically speaking so far is Synergy. I would love some everyday wearable colors for the lid, for a one-eyeshadow easy look with this awesome formula!
