Wow! Rose Garden looks so pretty!!
I’m actually really in love with the color combos in the eye palettes. Very interesting and a big switch up from the nude/smoky palettes that are still seeming to dominate the market. Kudos, Dior!
OMG, I want that Glowing Nude Air Powder, gorgeous!! The only thing that will stop me if it has fragrance or alcohol. Or please find me a cheaper dupe. What’s up with the shadows?? The flower texture is so stunning but the first kit looks like it has 3 white/silver shades, and the 2nd one has 2 yellow shades that look alike 🙁 But I’m hoping they will look different on eyes
Loving the flowers and the colors! This truly feels like a spring collection.
I’m loving Rose Garden #5 eyeshadow and Dior Glowing Nude.
Call me shocked, but all the right-hand eyeshadow swatches look to be great quality in the pigmentation department! Now to hear how they actually worked on your lids. Only problem for me would be that these shades on the whole are terribly pale and/or cool for my NC37-40 complexion. But it appears that Dior has perhaps begun to listen.
The eyeshadows look much better than I was expecting. This collection looks really pretty. I hope the performance is good for the Dior fans.
The swatches look lovely. Hopefully it reviews well – I like the look of that Nude Illuminating Powder.
Hello Christine! Do you know when these will come to Sephora. You may have posted the dates already I just didn’t see it.
Janis
Sorry, I don’t have any info from Dior, so I don’t have dates. I would expect sometime in January, but I have no information other than what I saw on Nordstrom’s website, where I purchased these from.
OMG, that’s all soooo beautiful! <3
Woah! Dior palettes that maybe aren’t crap?
I love the look of the swatches from the eyeshadow palettes, especially blue garden.
The 5 pans swatched better than I thought they would, but I really wish I could combine 2 shades from each compact.. damn. The yellows are a no go for my skin.
This actually doesn’t look too bad! I wasn’t expecting to be that interested in this collection but there are a few things that look promising. I likely won’t be purchasing anything as my money is going elsewhere but it’s always nice to see a decent collection! ?
For some reason, I’m not liking the shadow palette color combinations at all. They, just don’t seem wearable for many people. I really like the highlight and the blush. So, I’ll be watching for those reviews. The flower embossing- I could take it or leave it. But, at first I didn’t like it. but, it grew on me. 🙂
The Nude Air Powders both look gorgeous. Also the blush looks pretty pigmented and face brightening.
I’m looking forward to the reviews. The blush looks quite nice, I think. I think the eyeshadow palettes looks very pretty, but the colours, especially in the first palette looks very similar, so I suppose how they will appear on the lid depends a lot on the skintone on the lids. Maybe the colours would pop with a base, something like Milk.
Enough speculating. Soon we’ll know. 🙂
Hmmm – it’s true that often in Dior’s quints two colours are very similar and that is the same with both these palettes. They also have quite a frosty finish, which could alienate some potential customers. Still, most of the swatches looked fairly good. Love the illuminating powders. Shall await the review. My favourite was the Blue Garden.
Looks very pretty, the yellow is spring-like! They do look like they swatch well, hope they perform well on the eyes too!
Glowing Nude and Glowing Pink for me. So many of the shadows in those 5 pans look too similar to one another for my liking and the blush seems a bit chalky but I can’t wait for your reviews.
These look fantastic for Dior! Here’s hoping for the next Bonne Etoile! Gotta have that Glowing Nude illuminator for certain! 😀
Thanks Christine! Consider me sold for the blue garden palette 🙂
These really do scream “Spring!” but they still manage to be fresh and exciting. I think it’s because they kept the pastels vibrant, if that makes any sense, instead of relying on purely muted tones.
Well, those swatches are a pleasant surprise! They certainly are beautiful to look at.
Those eye shadow palettes look gorgeous! I’m waiting for the review, because now I’m just paranoid about their quints. lol
The embossed pattern reminds me of my Powder Daisy Scarf. I have it in the shade Slate and picked it up randomly at a consignment store. But the finish of these shadows so reminded me of this fabric shaping with the polyester.

Pretty colors! And awwww for the flower print.
Overall the collection looks pretty but the eyeshadow selection doesn’t attract me so much (but spring collections never do!)… but the Dior Glowing Pink Diorskin Nude Air Illuminating Powder could be a potential winner for my fair pink skin!
I can already see myself becoming a broken record…There’s literally a Serenity palette and a Rose Quartz palette! I don’t remember seeing this much Marsala a year ago, even though Serenity/Rose Quartz have been criticized for being hard to wear. I’m surprised at how cool the central blue swatched.
Rose garden looks lovely, but I don’t know if I would ever wear it.
Pretty but not for me, too much pastel!
*ugh* Definitely will NOT be picking any of these products up when they’re released. The highlighters look like something from a much cheaper brand, not at all what I’d expect from a so-called ‘high end’ brand, and their eyeshadow palettes are just the same old craptastic rubbish.
I’m drifting more & more strongly towards brands that aren’t commonly found in North America, or brands that aren’t found in retail or department stores as a rule, simply because I’ve found the majority of releases in the past couple of years – from all commercial brands combined – have really blown goats. I’ve spent the least amount ever on cosmetics in the past 18 months or so, which is shocking considering how much I normally spend. Nothing in the cosmetics realm is giving me a chubby anymore, sadly. It’s all been done to death, or just done bloody badly.
The last thing I got from Dior that got me excited & which I still love was a 4 shade blush/bronzer palette in a beautiful round silver compact (real metal that actually feels weighty) that came out during the summer a few years back. Can’t remember the name off hand, but I still reach for it because it’s stunning on the skin.
I am really liking “Blue Garden” for a change of pace with pastels and not neutral colors. I may save my pennies for that. Of course, I haven’t seen Chanel’s Spring 2016 collection yet. But this Dior palette interests me, although I will have to swatch it in store first because lately Dior eyeshadows have been hit or miss with consistency and blendability. We’ll see!
