Sneak Peek: Charlotte Tilbury Seductive Beauty / Dolce Vita Instant Look Palette Photos & Swatches
Charlotte Tilbury Seductive Beauty / Dolce Vita Instant Look Palette
Charlotte Tilbury Seductive Beauty / Dolce Vita Instant Look Palette ($75.00 for 0.77 oz.) includes four cheek products and three eyeshadows housed in a plastic, brown compact. It’s limited edition and part of Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale; and while I’m working quickly to test it, there’s a possibility it may sell out prior to me finishing testing so I wanted to get these swatches up ASAP!
This definitely looks better than the first one – which I thought was a bit too light 🙂
Monica.
Yes this one is gorgeous… Too bad it’s about the last thing I need, haha!
The more I look at it the more I want it.. ‘sigh’. And the more I am convincing myself that I actually do need it! Hahahaha!
I want it so bad but I feel like I already have this colors in my collection.
I’ve been tempted by this for travel, but I have the filmstar bronzer/highlight duo, which is what is supposed to be in here. Maybe it’s just me, but the swatches I’m seeing don’t look as quality or the same as the original.
This looks much warmer and prettier in your photos than on the Nordstrom website! I thought I was going to pass on this but now I’m not sure… the struggle!! I’ve been tempted many times by Charlotte Tilbury but I’ve never actually made a purchase – this might be a good way to sample the brand.
The struggle is REAL!! I keep telling myself I don’t need it and I have the same colors in different brands but I keep looking at it and talking myself into it lol….
It’s sold out.
It is still available online as of Sunday 7/24, early afternoon. :).
Another thumb’s up from me. Mine is on its way. I adore the Natural Beauty palette; it was handy to drop in your bag for out of town. In this palette, I have my eyes on the ‘brighten’ shade and highlighter (the blush will work well on my complexion). Love these all-in-one palettes. Thanks for posting, Christine!
Wow, CT has knocked it out of the ballpark with the colors! These shades will flatter many people, great for travel or touch ups at desk, hope the quality is there
There’s something about numbers and words impressed into each pan that instantly cheapens the look of a palette for me. At $102.57 Canadian (!!!), this one is an easy “nope” from me.
I’m so glad someone said that! Yes, yes, yes I agree. Why would you take a palette that is supposed to be HE and imprint what each pan is for into the product?! GAH! I won’t consider it just for that reason. Too bad bc I like the Tilbury makeup components I have.
I’m also not a fan of the numbers, but I picked this up and it was only $85 Canadian.
Actually that is what Wet n Wild does on its palettes the imprinted words on its shadows. I didn’t get it because I already have the eye shadow colors in other palettes. I also thought it would frustrate me to apply blush when the pan is so small and my blush brush is so much bigger.
The bronze color looks way too orange for me.
I like the shadows well enough, especially the middle one but they all look very dupe-able. I think for an all in one face and eyes palette, I’ll stick with Naked on the Run. I do wish UD would come out with something permanent like Naked on the Run (or make it permanent…that would be ideal).
Looks like a perfect travel palette for the right skintones.
It’s pretty useful, I suppose. Especially if one has a lot of business travel or very crazy hectic mornings that require more of the applying eyeshadows and cheek products on the run or once at their place of work/school.
But for myself? No. I have enough of these sort of shades to last me a lifetime!
For warm toned people this is just right to take on a low key trip! All you need in terms of color!
It will actually work on cool toned skin as well, surprisingly. You just need to use a light hand on the face products and build slowly depending on the look you prefer.
Pretty but nothing I haven’t seen over the past three years. ENOUGH WITH THE NEUTRALS ALREADY!
Looks like a really good Palette. I saw it yesterday online and I was waiting for your swatches. Like the colour of the Highlighter very much and Brown/beige/Bronze eyeshadows Are always good for me.
Forgot to ask something.
I have no products from Charlotte Tilbury yet so is this Palette worth the money ? 75 $ is really a high Price. I have no Problems with spending 75 $ if it is really good. But I have no experience with Charlotte tilbury.
I have been indulging on way too many summer makeup offerings lately!! — mostly blushes and highlighters— like the Becca JaclynHill palette (I love it), ABH glow palettes, MJB air blushes (could not choose just one). I think I probably have enough to last through next summer already! I must pass on this one, but I may consider on of CT new lipsticks.
I do love the convenience of all in one face palettes. This one is a little warmer than I’d like, but I’ve been considering it. I’ll wait for your review, and take my chances with it selling out.
Very pretty, but very dupable.
This looks very pretty, I have a feeling these palettes will become permanent at some point in the future because they will be popular.
This looks like an amazing travel palette.
I picked it up and will be using it for the first time tomorrow. I really liked the first one but felt I could only do a soft day/ office-appropriate look with it. I’m hoping this one can give me a more dramatic night time look.
It would be nice if she would make these palettes a permanent item on her website. I would like to buy one for travel, but am annoyed that they are brought out as limited edition.
As for the numbering, you have to remember that CT markets her line for ease of use, so even a beginner can navigate how to apply the products. I actually really applaud her on the concept, and think her line is very wearable. Of all the makeup in my collection, I would say my CT are my daily go-to products.
It’s a beautiful palette, but I don’t need it. I love the coral blush shades.
Oh thank goodness it’s now sold out! I was so tempted to get this, but I don’t need it and it’s too expensive. I was ready to cave and got the message it was no longer available. Whew! Lol
Definitely the last thing I need as well, but dang, it’s pretty! And I’ve been loving all things Charlotte Tilbury lately, so I may just get this one. I think it’s pretty good value and the colours are all very wearable 🙂
