Sneak Peek: BUXOM Fall 2016 Eyeshadows Photos & Swatches

BUXOM Fall 2016 Eyeshadows

There are six new shades of BUXOM Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.05 oz.) now available. All six are metallic, and I wouldn’t describe them so much as duochromes as I would say they have stronger bases compared to the shimmers, so they have more dimension to them, but I didn’t get genuine shift in the color.

Oh these shades are gorgeous! I wish they sold them as a reasonably priced pre made palette.

Do you know when these will be hitting the stores (Sephora/Ulta)? By the way…love your website! It’s my holy grail for comparisons! Thanks!

The plastic tray the individual pans are housed in it pretty thin and would be fine to slap on a metal dot to the back o them without taking up to much room. But I would suspect that it’s would be like depotting a MAC eyeshadow out of it’s tray.

By all means I have no doubt these will be better quality (they are also $12 instead of $6). It just seems weird how similar all the shades are. I suppose when you are into makeup there’s nothing new anymore :/

OMG, love, love these colors!! Perfect for fall/winter. Quality looks awesome too. The teal blue/olive green/brown/gold shades remind me of the color scheme in Tom Ford Last Dance, which I couldn’t pull the trigger on since it was $80. Here, I can get 6 shades for $40, and I can pick and choose the colors. I’m all in !!! Will be my first Buxom palette. Do you know if these are LE?

They’re sold individually – they just have it so if you purchase 6 eyeshadows + palette, it comes to $40. Otherwise, it would be $50.

**Need to pick my jaw up off the floor**
These look SO rich and pigmented! And dimensional, too. Oooh, I know I want Rose Gold, Twilight Tryst, Bronzed Bod, for certain. And *possibly* Silver Screen, too

I love Buxum eyeshadows. I have one palette I made myself and I can’t wait to get another one. Their metallic and shimmery shades are especially good.

Holy wow, those shades look beautiful!

At the same time, it’s hard for me to think “fall,” when I’m boiling my brain in a 99 degree heat index today LOL!

Haha, same! I can barely manage a thought for doing any glam makeup in the heat (which is the same where I live), much less my all-out fall favorites!

Gorgeous colors. This is killing me and will kill my wallet. Not bc they are expensive but bc there are so many shadows I love for fall.

I have several Buxom eye shadows and really love them. They are really pigmented, blend nicely and because of the way they slide in and out of the palette you can switch them up however you like similar to the Butter London shadows. These colors are so pretty. I have UD Lounge, MAC Blue-Brown and various other dupes for Twilight Tryst but the shade of the blue/teal is particular lovely. Think I will be getting all of these.

Reminds me why I love fall m/u. These DO look like MUG, but given recent MUG order, wonder if MUG looks like MUG. Certain the buxom would be better than current typhoon. There is very little gold reflect, and as you get out of direct sun, it’s majorly blue and loses the teal. Put it near green shirt, and, whoops, you have a very blue shadow, by contrast. Now, I know that happens. Mine has virtually no duochrome. Will be interesting to see the dupes, if C has time. These look saturated and blendable. Worth scoping out.

Gorgeous, even sumptuous. I rarely use metallics — they age me — but occasionally I can swing a touch here or there. I’m especially liking Twilight Tryst, Bronzed Bod and Rose Gold. And these make me want to check out other Buxom shadows, which I have never really even looked at.

Beautiful! I love my Buxom palette I made of mostly peaches, bronzes and golds. I will have to make another when these come out!
