Sweet Dreams was soft but powdery, and it applied best dry, as it crumbled on itself and created an uneven application applied damp, even though it seems smoother. It was noticeably faded after eight hours of wear (no primer).
Pool Party had so-so color payoff applied dry but amped up a lot when applied damp. The glitter did fall out during application and later on during wear, but it is not jam-packed with glitter, so the fall out isn’t as noticeable as it can be with other glittery eyeshadows. The underlying color lasted well for eight hours and was slightly faded after nine hours (no primer).
My Boyfriend’s Jeans had the same color payoff both wet and dry, and the finish seemed to stay the same, too–the damp application was slightly smoother but the difference was quite minimal between the two applications. I didn’t have any trouble with this shade’s wear, even after nine hours–no fading or creasing.

Sigh… these swatches remind me what I’m missing out on by not having access to Sephora here 🙁 My Boyfriend’s Jeans looks particularly beautiful! Also, loving the new layout, especially the way the dupes are now displayed. Fantastic!
Thank you, Cathy!
My boyfriend’s jeans look nice 🙂 Hehehe, that is fun to say…
I want to echo what Cathy said above. Loving the dupes layout. Great job, Christine!
Thank you! Do you think three sets are too many showing at once?
Our biggest struggle is dealing with multi-shade/product reviews in a single post, because it can get long with multiple Glossovers, Dupe Lists, etc.! Right now we have it so three show, and any more will produce a “click for more” reveal button so only if you care will you have to see all of ’em!
I don’t think it’s too many. It looks professional and clean. I think if you did more than, say five, that is when it would start to look too clustered. This new layout is phenominal! I love being able to compare shades side by side.
Thank you 😀
oh my goooooooooodddddd pool party is DELICIOUS
I was looking at the Sephora shadows & blushes today. They have some cute shades, but I find them a bit overpriced given the fact that they are a “store brand.”
