Wet 'n' Wild Halo Gorgeous MegaGlo Liquid Highlighter ($5.99 for 0.50 oz.) is a medium pink with strong, warm undertones and a pearly sheen. It had semi-sheer color payoff in a single layer, which was buildable to semi-opaque coverage with two to three layers. I recommend waiting for each layer to dry down before building up to maximize coverage and evenness.
The highlighter was thin, slightly watery but was slightly more noticeable and pigmented compared to Rosy & Ready, though the two shades did not look that different on my skin tone (someone with cooler undertones may see more of a difference). The consistency spread well across the skin, and even though it was more watery, it did not lift my foundation when I tried it over a base. I had no trouble blending out the edges with my fingertips. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me.
