Golden Glow is a brighter, light-medium coppery brown base with lighter, more golden copper throughout that gave it a soft, metallic sheen. The texture was smooth to the touch, soft without being powdery, and picked up well with a brush. It had a moderate glow to it, though it stopped short of emphasizing my skin's natural texture.
It was richly pigmented, so a light touch would be necessary to actually achieve sheerer, more buildable results (which was how it was described at the point of purchase)--this was really the only thing "wrong" with it (and why it was rated lower). It applied evenly to bare skin and diffused easily for a seamless edge. This shade lasted well for eight and a half hours before fading visibly.
