Rose #3

Rose #3 is a bold, medium-dark fuchsia pink with cool, bluish undertones and a matte finish. The texture was a smidgen dusty, almost grainy to the touch, but it blended out fairly easily on the skin and did not look dry applied. It had semi-sheer to fully opaque, buildable coverage.
