Urban Decay Sheer Bittersweet Sheer Revolution Lipstick ($22.00 for 0.09 oz.) is described as a "sheer, bright red-purple." It's a lightly brightened, medium fuchsia magenta with cool undertones and a luminous sheen. It had semi-sheer color coverage with a lightly creamy consistency that "melts" and applies without tugging on the lips. The color could apply a bit more evenly, though the brightness of the shade distracts from some of the unevenness in application.
