Urban Decay Narcotic Eyeshadow ($19.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a soft, light-medium blue with a matte finish. While it had a soft, silky texture that felt finely-milled, there was a lot of powderiness and excess product kicked up in the pan. It did not apply well to bare lids or even over the brand's own eyeshadow primer: it was patchy, uneven, and looked almost dry on. The color started to fade after six and a hours on me. This shade is exclusive to Urban Decay's website, and it is a repromote.
