Arctic is described as a "bright teal with tonal sparkle." It's a brightened, medium-dark blue-leaning teal with a metallic sheen and teal sparkle. It was intensely pigmented with a really smooth, buttery texture that applied well with full intensity. The sparkle falls out mostly during application, thankfully, but there are a few stray bits later on during wear, though the color lasted for eight hours.
