Urban Decay Turn the Beat is a neutral-toned, very dark green with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $19.00 and contains 0.05 oz.
Turn the Beat is a blackened green base with lighter, emerald green pearl and micro-sparkle. The texture was drier and thinner, which resulted in more faded, uneven coverage in a single layer. It was buildable to some degree, but I'd recommend using it over a primer and pressing/patting it into place to get truer-to-pan intensity. You'll want to do eyes first, though, has there were a lot of flyaway particles as I built it up and blended out the edges. It stayed on decently for seven and a half hours before fading noticeably.
