Urban Decay Shifty is a moderately warm-toned, very light green with a metallic finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $19.00 and contains 0.05 oz.

Editor's Review

Shifty is a pinkish-white base with green-to-gold shifting sparkle and pearl. This shade had larger particles in it, so it appeared shinier and more metallic on top of other products. It had semi-opaque color payoff, which wasn't buildable (even over primer). It had a more powdery consistency that also felt like there was slip there, but instead of making it blendable or easy to apply, it caused the eyeshadow to come away in clumps or to clump up when applied to the lid. The eyesahdow stayed on nicely for seven hours.

Claims / Ingredients

Urban Decay’s groundbreaking new eye shadow formula. This reformulation of Urban Decay’s eye shadow features even softer, amazingly velvety texture; richer, more dense and decadent color; smoother, more uniform pigment distribution and blendability; and longer-lasting, more crease-free wear. The new line of shadows features a completely revamped assortment of shades, new textures, and a totally redesigned token compact. The secret to the new formula is Urban Decay’s Pigment Infusion System™, a vehicle for color that holds tightly to pigment and gives the formula its glide. The proprietory blend of ingredients allows color to weave itself through the formula resulting in insane color payout, color that stays on your lids, and sparkle that doesn’t fall. The amazing technology works for every shade and finish. Every Urban Decay shade is silky, blendable, and stays put.

Gorgeous, spectacular shade!!! The only one I use from this disappointing palette, shifty is a shifty mint color for the inner eye, that was designed to be layered on top on another shade (it’s a little sheer, but can be used on its own too) to provide that pop+splash of color. I am in love with it, it’s iridescent and I use it on top of Jade from JD Glow for that out-of-this-world shine and enigma it gives. Stunning 😍
