A great cool colored mat palette for an easy everyday flattering look. A palette which I have used for many years , and even have restocked.

This is a bit on the chalky side. The colours are excellent for someone with fair/light skin. The pigmentation is reasonable, but it's not highly pigmented.

I've never been a fan of neutrals but this was on sale and I love all of UDs eyeshadows so I thought I'd try it out. I absolutely LOVE this palette its perfect for travel amd the shadows are so pigmented and blendable. The black in this palette is the blackest black shadow I've ever seen in any other ive ever tried. The black and the one next to it is worth the money by themself. I was totally impressed and so glad i decided to give this a shot.

This is such a wonderful, easy to use palette. For days when being confronted by 20 shadows in a palette is just too much to process, this compact and well co-ordinated little beauty is just perfect - everything you need for a great neutral, professional eye look and nothing you don't need. Makes getting ready in the mornings a snap and it is so great for work-related travel as well. Also a great palette for those new to makeup as it offers great quality, basic shades that are easy to use and hard to make a mistake with. The original Naked Basics was too warm for me and had too many shades that looked almost the same once applied to the skin (and I do NOT need another matte black shadow) but Naked2Basics is just perfection for me.

I love using the colors from this pallet. They are great for everyday use and to even darken up and get a sultry or grunge look. I love matte eyeshadow colors and these are definitely the basics (;

I really love this palette and i reach for it when i want something natural and/or when i don't have a lot of time. The combination of frisk and cover looks beautiful with my fair skin and blue eyes. I think this palette is perfect for beginners or for everyday use and i really don't think you could go wrong with purchasing this since it's so casual and quite cheap

I love both neutrals and mattes, even when I don't necessarily NEED to wear subtle neutral makeup, and this palette is full of good stuff. The progression from Venus (which I often use as a brow-bone shade even if I'm not wearing anything else from this palette) to Walk of Shame to Naked2 is fantastic -- I would buy all three of those shades as singles in an instant (and am therefore regretting not buying the build your own palette with W.O.S. in it now). On the other hand, I have basically no use for Foxy (too yellow) and very little use for Crave (too dark), although I know plenty of others probably consider them must-haves (especially Crave), so that only knocks off about 1/3 of a star for me. The bigger issue (as in the other 2/3 star that I subtracted) is the lack of a shade in between Naked2 (seriously, how much do Iove that shade?) and Faint, and, more importantly, the lack of a shade or two between Faint and Crave. Yeah, I've GOT shades that fit the bill -- and so does Urban Decay -- but they're not all in the same tidy little palette, and I've got a lot more use for them than I do for some of the shades that ARE in the palette. Overall, at the very least it's a must-have for travel if you like matte neutrals, and the shadows are blendable enough that it's possible to make up for the lack of in-between shades with a little work.

Great quality, great colors, the only problem I have with it is that I don't like mattes. I do use naked 2 as an all over wash, and Venus is amazing. W.O.S is good as a base for brighter colors, it's perfect for when you don't want to do an eye look, just want the eyelid veins all gone. :)
