The formula is supposed to have "creamy, comfortable wear" with "full-coverage" pigmentation and a "multi-reflective glitter finish for high-pigment sparkle payoff." If you aren't a fan of glitter, just skip to the next lipstick formula, because this is for glitter lovers. Most of the shades had semi-opaque to opaque coverage with a few that had sheerer coverage. For as glitter-packed as they were, they felt creamy and smooth being applied and had minimal grittiness even as they wore away. They had average wear--around four hours--with some of the shades that were prone to staining lingering for closer to six hours. The swatches on here are not accurate. This is not sheer at all. I wear this alone and it’s such a cool lipstick. It’s like an iridescent dark blue with some shimmer. These pictures look like just a topper. I don’t use lipliner, and this looks great alone, and it looks awesome when you mix it with other shades. One day I was wearing a purple shade and didn’t feel like wiping it off when it was fading, so I applied this on top. It turned out really pretty. I have photos on my influenster when I reviewed this awhile back. The Bionic shade also caught my eye, and I’d like to get that one next. This stays on for quite a while without needing to touch up, and it isn’t drying at all. It also has a satin-ish finish. It’s not super shiny nor creamy nor matte haha. So I’m assuming satin? I dunno haha. I highly recommend this shade of lipstick for sure. For blue and purple lipsticks, the formulas are very often terrible, so it’s always amazing to find one that has an amazing formula.

I was slightly disappointed that this is not the same color as the original Marcia, Marcia, Marcia lipstick was. This one is more hot pink with pink sparkles. The original was more peach/gold/pink, similar to Nars Orgasm blush in a lipstick form.
